Problem With R Connect Software On My Laptop

first install the usb to serial driver then connect the cable -
i bought a usb cable to connect to the lsp 340e phone and connected to rs232c port,but the computer did not recognize the usb cable what i do i installed many softwares to detect it but it does not works
