I have used QUANTUM webcam and it worked great with Windows XP, So does your Camera works with other applications like VP-EYE free software with the camera or windows Movie maker? If it does not then reinstall the drivers and if it does then you need configure the camera properties of the Yahoo messenger. Change NTSC to Pal. This should work.
