As per my information BSNL has implemented this already in Rajasthan rural areas, they have designated towers in rural areas, the local calls originating from these as only 20 paisa per minute

I had completed 6 months

But yesterday when I got mine disconnected they said its has been increased to Rs.999!!

I have logged a complaint by sending an email to serviceassurancecell@relianceada.com , I got a reply that case is opened and assigned to concerned team , you will receive a reply within 3 days. Let hope for the best!

Hey Yesterday my friend here in Gurgaon has received a letter from Tata Teleservices that he is using his postpaid mobile connection unfairly that's why they now are changing the tariff for after first 2000 min of calls to Rs.1 , ( he has the R. 275 plan in which all calls are Rs.0.50 Paisa STD+Local) Hmmm.... this is the real side of TTSL, they are fooling users about the schemes and all , I also heard that they 10min plan is also have such things , they can withdraw the offer anytime... Even RCOM doesn't do that ..... as per me this is something against the ethics of service. So I advice everyone to refrain from TATA telecom brands, they are not dependable...

Yes you are right my friend , I will advice my friend to lodge a case in consumer court or at least post it on the public boards / review site. and this post was just to let the people be aware about this unfair practice, correct me if I have posted it in wrong place.

They say that your calls are long duration which chokes their network, hence it is unfair usage

This is poor from Tata-DoCoMo, they first introduce one offer and withdraw it quickly, can't they plan it before launching these offers maybe they will do the same for 1p/sec plans once they have some decent subscriber base & a pan India coverage @abhishek98

As per my information, Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel & Motorola are also CDMA vendors which can supply CDMA equipment.
