    Hey guys i have a ZTE CLASSIC 261 handset which uses RUIM card. my current network in it is Reliance. I am not satisfied with Reliance, hence i wish to change the network but i want to keep my handset same. Can you please tell me how do i change network in it ? also let me know whether changing network in cdma phones is leagal or not?
