lg 2230 is not recording missed call propery. Some time it records, some time it does not , wud s/w upgrade will help ??

type odr rsn number and send it ro 3733, any one can send that u will get a reply SMS very fast

Great I got a call frm reliance CC and they hv given me a waiver , That is impressive

I got my bill , as per bil they hv activated freedom plan ( instead of freedom @ night) on 18 Oct ...although freedom plan was stopped on 12 Oct itself. I logged a complaint and CC assured me that I will get a waiver

or may be we dont know the detail, if anyone knows abt it please post it here

shd also discuss ideas on how Telecom companies increase their user base. We r still far behind CHINA in that sense. What can govt do more ot reduce tarrif and hand set price also

I agree with u. My unbilled amount used to increase by 20-30 rs dailyy in initial days..after complaining it stopped. Now the data usage shows 250 MB:-)) in freedom@nite

Air deccan also has something like that ..book ticket using mobile

I dont need it any way, I hv plan 700 and most relatives got reliance :-) I posted this becoz some ppl were asking for mobile to mobile unlimited STD free. Good for BF/GF kind of setup in diff circles. It wud be interesting to see all these schemes after ONE INDIA regime and ofcourse ADC on revenue sharing model.

I got a SMS and also a call from CC and also from the webworld where I requested for freedom @ night also confirmation in mail from chairman office. But now the dialy increase has been stopped

data usage is included in unbilled amount ( other then rental)

in that case other companies like Air tel and may be BSNL may also come with unlimited STD plans ..

(I am also using freedom@ night )If I see my unbilled usage and click on Data it shows " Unbilled Data Usage (MB): 154 " Where as I am in time based plans. 5 days back my unbilled usage ( voice ) was in creasing every day wityh out my using phone for voice calls/ sms, r world and r connacet in day time ) 5 days back it stopped in crasing after complaint to chairmen but now it shows " Unbilled Data Usage (MB): 154 " I dont understand this

I got confirmation SMS, call from webworld( where I submitted request for it) and also a call from Reliance call centre that freedom @ night has been activated on 18 October Chairman office says they can help only after bill is generated. from 18 till 22 October ( 5 days ) unbilled amount is 76.5 Rs ..that means 15 rs per day .. It could be that they are charging advance rental . Some thing like had been told by Reliance webworld person. When I went for plan subscription I am in freedon @ night with joy 149 plan. Which comes to 400+ 50(clip + plan charges) + detail bill( 25) = 475 Rs per month + taxes.. 15 Rs per day * 30 days = appox 450 Rs ... munnamobile Can u also check with u r webworld ..

100 % sure I have not used my phone for outgoing calls neither used R connect during 6-10 pm ..as I am in office and have unlimited internet access there . For out going calls I use FWT and mobile phoen is always with me for incoming only . Top of that It is not once it has happned...my billing cycle starts from 18 of every month and incidently that is the day when freedom@ night plan got activated and since then it is daily increasing by 10- 15 Rs per day .Last month there was no problems like this?? one more thing , I dont have R world on my phone :-)) Just now I have written to chairmans office about it. munnamobile Is the problem still there ??

munnamobile r u using freedom @ night ..?? Is anyone else facing similiar problem.
