hi, but am not able to install the modem. mine is sony vaio with vista business. can you help me? hi, do you have any idea about ZTE MG880. is it works with sony vaio+vista business?

i have sony vaio laptop bearing model no:VGNTZ17GN. operating system is windows vista. i contacted releance people for USB data card. They came with ZTE USB modem and tried to install in my system.inspite of so many efforts it is not got installed. can some one help me in this regard? i tried to reach customer care but am not getting any response. i would be very thankful if you provide a solution for this.
