That mostly happens to people who unplug their usb from the computer while the usb is working. always go to the usb icon and click on it and stop it before unplugging it from your cpu. I hope that will help you next time

Sounds like a good phone for me. I'll go to read some reviews about it before making my last decision even if i know that Nokias are great Phones most of the time
