I am experiencing call drops on ALL incoming and outgoing calls in my incredible 1 for past 3 days. It was working perfectly, and this suddenly started happening. i called reliance customer care, but after 3 days, today they told me that there is no connectivity problem from their side. I even factory reset the phone, but the same problem persists. Please help me.

Like I said, its not anybody's fault, its just that "bad luck kharab chal raha hai". I dont mind paying any reasonable amount to get the handset repaired. Better than having it bricked like this. So if anyone can make me an offer, pls go ahead.

Excellent choice of HX9v ... best of best compact camera in my opinion. Very cheap for the quality it gives. Lot of options and quality pics. Give it to wife and let her shoot in auto mode ...great snaps.... Much superior form factor to HX100!!! You will not regret the purchase !

Thanks Abhi/Tushar. I was desperate to get my phone working, so I googled around a bit. Fortunately I also had my MEID and ESN number (whatever they mean) written somewhere in my notebook. So I entered settings and changed it appropriately. Now I am able to make and receive calls. But there is only one thing out of place, there is a small triangle above the Signal Bars in the notification area. I wonder what the triangle signifies?

Hi I have the HTC Incredible (bought from Sadik bhai exactly one yr back). Suddenly today all the data on the phone got erased (maybe some stupid app) and the phone was behaving very funny; so I hard-reset the phone. Big mistake. Although now I have my contacts back on the phone (from a backup), no calls are going thru. Fortunately, it is a *228 enabled phone (thanks to Sadik bhai). When I dial *228, the voice says "Your phone has already been activated" and proceeds to give my correct mobile number. But nothing happens after that, and I am still not able to make calls. I think I need to do some sort of 'programming' for it to work again; but I don't know what to do. ****Somebody please help**** Thanks in advance.

My two cents worth: When you are going to account for the purchase, (i.e. if you are paying using credit card, cheque etc) then it is advisable to buy 'Gold ETF' from BSE stock exchange. It will be safe in your demat account. You can buy as little as 1 gm too. Its highly sellable too. Maximum Value. I too had the same problem twice. Just call customer care *333 as ask them to activate roaming; even if it is already activated. It worked for me once. The second time, I just had to bear with it till I came back to my home circle.

I think its a great idea , espescially if they are not too computer/tech savvy I recently got a laptop from my mum, and I really wish I had bought a Galaxy tab or ipad or something, instead. If it only about movies/music/games and a little email/browsing thrown in, a galaxy tab is a lovely option, considering the number of user friendly apps for android/ipad This is my 2 cents worth, of course, ultimately you know much better of your needs. -

I really really wish I could activate my 3G/EVDO on my Incredible. Is there anyway wherein maybe I could migrate to TAT (thru MNP) and then it could get activated or something? Without EVDO, this monster is somewhat toothless.
