    will defenitly make an impact.. suppose u are going for 400 or 770 unlimited plan then other side u need to have rcdma no or rgsm smart no or rgsm newly launched gsm no . u cant go for rtl smart gsm for the circles like assm, HP/ Orrisa and circles where on net calls are not treated as free calls both are the same...coz im using smart and im getting all the offers given in the new reliance gsm sim
