Guys, seems this guy is intent on duping my money He told me last week that he was depositing 9000rs in my account, and when I called him today, he said he already deposited money in my ICICI account, which is a complete lie. I do not even have an ICICI account, I communicated my HDFC account to all buyers. Then he suddenly went in rage and all, and said I won't discuss this matter with you, I dealt with you through Ebay, so ebay should talk to me. I told him ebay is now out of question, and it is only him and me. On which his only answer was he will talk to ebay. He is not even mailing my stuff back which he bought. I have opened a thread on ebay forums, and will be calling this guy regularly. Please help me in getting my money back.

Yes, anyone from BBSR on board?? Communicating with ebay is like communicating with a pig, you get the same dumb squeaky response no matter how you communicate with them. I suggest all never to use ebay for selling stuff.

I got the reason from ebay. I work in an office where we have firewalled access. One of the employees used the same pc that I use to order stuff from me, as he was getting discount. When ebay told me I was accused of creating false accounts, I showed them readiness to contact that guy, also if the need be, we can send mail through compamy account so that they can be assured that this is the case. However, ebay just refunded all the money to all the buyers, and this one buyer is problematic.

Hi guys, need desperate help on this. Ebay Ba$tards returned all the money to the buyers, so I had to run behind each and every one for getting money. One person in Bhubaneshwar however is not responding at all, and he owes me 22,000 He is not picking up phone at all, and not responding to the mails. What can I do in this matter? Last I spoke with him on Friday, when he first said he will not return the money soon coz all his refunds were not made. When I asked him to deposit whatever he has got, he said he will check, and then stopped communication. Please advice

I'd say get it replaced by a new one. LG3500 costs 1000rs, so even if your old phone gets you 300-400, still in 700max you have a solid brand new phone, with larger battery.

I have a tata card, which was bought purely for village use. As my village has only tata connectivity, I had bought it a year ago. It had 1 year validity. The validity is ending on 30 July. What can i do with the card then? Can I make it blank, so as to use new RIM/Tata/Virgin number on it? I remembere the mention of new tata card of 325 having validity of 3 years. Can anyone give more info on that? For me, maximum incoming time with no obligation of minimum recharge (like in lifetime) is the best bet.

I agree about the VFMness of Samsung. The short experience I had with Samsung Vsleek (before a b@$tard stole it) was great, and I would certainly love to go with Samsung again. Display quality is really good. However, pls check the battery mAh into consideration before buying.

I haven't seen LG6600's battery, but if you can fit 3500's battery in that, I think this will improve battery life, as LG3500 has a bigger battery.

I usually shuffle around the batteries in my phones, however I keep the company steady. I used to use mom's BL-5c and BL6c in my old N2865, and her N2112. Also used BC-4c in both these phones, from N1265. No probs in that. In LG, i used to switch batteries in 6130 and 2130. I found that as long as the batteries are original and manufacturer is same, you can easily switch as many batteries as u like.
