  1. Cheapest Spas In Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

I would suggest that take some time out daily, about 10 minutes, to learn about reflexology. It works beautifully, and is a great self treatment. You can massage you feet before sleeping, and then sleep like a baby because effectively you are massaging your body! I have even found out other people's problems that were not known to others, and treated them. For example, when I was massaging the feet of my uncle, I found his ear's point is very tender. Turned out that due to long talking on phone, his ear was indeed paining, but he didn't tell anyone. So treated that spot gently, and did some household tricks like putting coconut oil in ear and massaging etc. In short duration, he was pretty much cured. Definitely find time yourself to learn reflexology. It's something you will always cherish and love to apply.
  2. See my other thread how to save 25% on electronics. There is a shop at Vikroli, which sells slightly damaged goods. They carry full warranty of company, and the cosmetic damage is very hard to find. You can easily save 25% here.
  3. Oh no! losing photos is indeed very sad. I hope you get your photos back. The older cameras support max 2GB cards, and perhaps can take photos but do errors in storing them in higher capacity cards. If 2gb SD cards are costly, you can always buy microsd and use them with adapter in the SD card slot.

  10. That's good info. I didn't know 13" Laptops coming within 15k. How is MSI company in general? are the laptops durable for normal use?
  11. Which Credit Card To Go For?

I have a HDFC platinum plus credit card, which was upgraded from Gold credit card. I felt all great that now I have a platinum CC! But when I checked the rewards on other cards, my enthusiasm didn't last long. Now I am on the lookout for a CC that offers following features 1. Lifetime free (absolutely no fees at all) 2. 5% Cashback (my lady friend's Women Gold Credit card had this 5% cashback on everything) 3. I don't mind heavy interest rate, as I pay the bills very regularly, and never draw money against the credit. So guys, any help?
  12. Toyota Etios - Black

hey harismahesh , did you get your car or not? Still black color?
  13. Toyota Etios - Black

Tire insulation means the coating for blocking the road noise. Many reviewers have complained that road noise is too much, and it is quite visible too from the outside. Just bend and see the behind wall of the tyres.
  14. Toyota Etios - Black

@Greatest: I was rooting for Liva for long, but after seeing Etios, I don't have high hopes. Sure space is aplenty, but the interior visual quality is a letdown. Everything you see and touch, be it door handles, seats, even dashboard, screams cost cutting. If you see the tire insulation, it is almost non existing. I have not yet completely ruled out Liva, but surely have lost a lot of interest in it. Other cars to look out for are: 1. Honda Brio, Honda's Eco car is expected to launch in March and to be available in Aug - Sep. This will be a 1.2 liters, priced from 5L onwards. 2. Mahindra mini Xylo. This is the one I am looking forward to. A xylo that is same in dimensions as the present one, except the last row is removed and replaced by two jump seats. Engine is expected to be 1.5L Diesel, either a detuned from xylo one, or straight from Logan. So far it looks exciting. Launch expected in Mid this year.
  15. Toyota Etios - Black

I saw a black etios car, crossed me on opposite direction. Couldn't take any photos, but it looked nice. Toyota, especially in case of Etios, has given a beautiful color paint on the outside, and then has saved money on every nut and bolt. If you are going for black color, prepare yourself mentally for a greulling cleanup every week and hot interiors in summers. Which version did you book? How much waiting?
  16. We are having a photography competition in office. There are around 50 persons. Everyone will submit a photo, and then on a sunday, we will gather for judging the photos. The photos will be presented on a projector one by one. This will be looped twice, so that people first see all the photos and then will evaluate each photo based on 3 criteria: 1. Title 2. Theme 3. Clarity Scale from 1-5, 1 worst, 5 best. So there will be 50 people x 50 photos x 3 responses = 7500 data points! My question is, what will be the best way to translate these given marks in computer? We don't have 50 machines, so people can't use online system. It has to be a physical system like marking on a paper. But then it takes a lot of time for inputting the data from paper to machine. Any better way to do it?
  17. Help: How To Evaluate Marks Given By 50 People?

@csmart: Displaying the slides can be done by imaging software as well, like irfan view or Picasa. But can a timer be displayed on top of each photo?
  18. @ Greatest: Thanks for reminding me the inbox was full! You can PM now.
  19. Bought the coupon! If anyone wants to trade 500 of on 1000 for 300 off on 500 coupon, pls PM me.
  20. Help: How To Evaluate Marks Given By 50 People?

@rajanmehta: Thanks for reminding the fan topic friend Updated it. I am going on a Kerala tour in next month, so I will definitely come up with a triplog of that. Meanwhile I will keep on posting logs of my smaller rides. Nice to hear that you still remember it! Guess this comma seperated SMS may be too advanced (!) to some people office, and we may have to stick to good old pen paper. The office peon is not going to like it! He is the one who is going to transfer all the marks from individual paper to computer for further calculations. I have one additional question. We will be displaying each photo for 10 seconds. Is there any way I can display a countdown timer of remaining seconds to go before next photo is shown? So the countdown timer should loop 50 times, counting down to 10 seconds every time, and resetting when next photo is presented. Any software that allows me to do this directly, or will I need some jugaad combining 2-3 softwares?
  21. Table Fans

This may come across one of the stupidest thread! I am planning to buy a table/tower fan for my kitchen, because there is no fan there, and it gets damn hot. But this will be the first fan ever bought by me! So advise needed by friends on following: 1. Which is better? Table/wall mount/tower fan? 2. Which company? Is Bionaire any good for tower fan? Even Usha makes tower fans. 3. I like the tower design because it takes very less space, and can be stored easily. Also it is easy on the eyes. Any drawbacks? 4. How much money should I be spending for getting a good lasting quite fan?
  22. Table Fans

Here is an update. 2 days ago, I had a function at Mumbai house and needed fan on short notice. I tried searching CINNI fans, but unfortunately it was not available. So I bought Usha Magic Air fan. Surprisingly, it is not mentioned on the Usha website! But the fan is good. The RPM was 1400. There were other fans available having RPMs of 2800. But this was the only fan having metal blades. I saw the replicas of CINNI, and really liked the minimalistic designs. After reading online reviews, it seems Crompton Greeves, Khaitan fans have bit quality issues, but Usha had none. So that's it. Thanks for the very informative replies friends I am sure many people will find it helpful.
