Day b4 yesterday i wnt into Nearby MTS gallery. I asked him to chk whether MTS works in my set. IT was working with his demo sim. I chose a number he opened the sim kit in front of me inserted that sim in my set & switched on & it was not working. This procedure was followed thrice & the result was same. can anyone help me with this? currently I use this set with TATA indicom as well as with RELIANCE.

in mts sim there is no DIAMOND logo as it appears on OMH sim.

are bhai mujhe mere handset ka SECURITY code kya hai ye mujhe nahi pata hai. I tried "0000","1234".but no use.

1 more problem I dont know the security code OF MY SET. as i thought If it would work after RESTORE FACTORY SETTING function. plz help!

I too have this facility on my SAMSUNG SCH-B139 AKA. HERO. I bought this set for 1100 only. I can schedule for 30 min,1 hr,2 hr, 12 hr,1 day, 2 day & 3 day advance.

seen ad in TOI mumbai last page MTS coming soon. we mumbaikars are ready to welcome another new entrant.

My vote goes for tata indicom only b'coz their signal strength is also good & the most important thing is that I was able to get full signal reception(i.e. able to make & recieve calls) during July 26 rains in mumbai for all 3 days, without any call drops at that time also & with the passage of time they have further developed their network.

if this scheme is followed in India then it is good for customers

early MNP implementation will see change for better network coverage only B'coz existin operators will respond to the new tariff offered by new operators. So i dont see any impact of MNP on operators point of view that they stand to loose customers.

any idea of MUMBAI launch? eagerly waiting to try another CDMA operator.
