hi all, i never knew netway is so hot on rimweb. well, 2 strt with, i m into my final year engg and we have thought of developing a project under Reliance for RWorld. so on the very first day of our meeting,we were shown around and what we witnessed was simply astounding!after a long session of reliance's history and all technologies n stuff..... we were taken 2 javagreen,handed chilled juices n then brought into a room where a large 53cm TV was kept and on a table besides, there was a small DVD-player like box.its been 2 months, so dont remember much but will try 2 bring out as much as i can. the demonstration started.points that i noted: 1>crystal clear picture quality. 2>pause n play. 3>internet thru TV. 4>a whooping 40 GB HDD on the netway settop box to record programs. 5>computer connection through USB. 6>movies,games,videos,news,scores,songs on demand. 7>kids tutorials. mebbe sum more that i m missing.dun remember much. well, ill try to ask them more details about it like launch dates,costs,etc. as n when i can.adios!

Hello Every1, Yes YEs Yes!!!!! this was the post i vuz searchin for!!! sam is PERFECTLY RIGHT. he found out the xact problem. 91xxxxxxxx@mms..... does not even reach the msg to handset. only MDN@mms...... sends the msg BUT THEN error is displayed, MSG NOT FOUND ON MMSC SERVER. i too faced the same thing. and the *******s on 333 give contradictin replies. 2day was just checkin the reliance mms composer and it worked fine for me. was able to send. BUT THE SITE IS ****IN SLOW YAAR!!!!! i have 6130 wid version 15. so version doesnt affect as even on my version 9, i cud send mms 40-45 days ago. CONCLUSION: the reliance mms composer works well lets wait 2 see any technical flaws r removed. bieeeeeee.

thanx 4 the long reply dude, btw i threatened the Ghatkopar dude wid dire consequences and he admitted his mistake repeatedly n himself got 1 PCB from lower parel and summed up the job. its true that 6130 pcbs r rarely available, i asked in 7 service centers in mumbai. my xams r on so cudnt go there personally.

last week i had gone to LG service center in ghatkopar(mumbai) for gettin my 6130 s/w upgraded. AND THOSE A******ES bloody damaged my PCB, and since 6-8 days they r telling, there is shortage of PCBs, we will do it tomorrow. even talked to the manager there. and tomorrow never comes please help!!!!! i m very irritated now. all my ringtones, smses pictures all r lost!!! any1 has any LG authoritys number????? or mail ID????? wat do i do????? should i give in newspapers?????if yes please tell me how to do it!!!

6130 people,please help, question 1: will anybody please tell me that WILL A SERIAL DATA CABLE BE ABLE TO TRANSFER AUDIO AND IMAGES TO PC????? i tried USB but only dektoplite works, ie only contacts, schedule todo n memo. LG link starter says 'CHECK UR CONNECTING CONDITION' . i got a duplicate LG 2230 data cable for Rs.350/- please help yaar so dat i can get USB xchanged with serial one if it works. 2nd question: where will i find Service Programming Code, QPST asks for it in every application. i m a newbie so please help!!! 3rd question: what model in bitpim's "list of handsets supported" be selected for 6130??? if u have tried then tell coz "other CDMA phone" option does not detect it. PLEASE TRY TO ANSWER BOTH QUESTIONS, if not 2nd, 1st is very important!!!

ok then everybody, that means there IS NO RWORLD MMS FEATURE IN 6130. thanx 4 the replies prat,akhilesh, basant. now i hv 3 more queries: 1> can i transfer ringtones thru data cable and software(LG default, bitpim, QPST, which 1 does it???) on the 3 slots reserved for Rworld ringtones AS WELL AS on the 5 My media ring tones??? 2>Also somebody please post the image specifications that can be uploaded to 6130. please..... 3> has anybody bought the datacable for it? if yes how much did u pay 4 it, definitely not the one in webworld?

hey ppl, 4 days ago i upgraded from 2030 to 6130 AND TAKE MY WORD, this is the coolest phone among all circles, even GSM ones r hard 2 find with such sleekness and feature packed! but i have 3 problems:(experienced ppl, pls take time to reply, ill be very grateful) 1> MMS in Rworld is not visible on my phone. wat is the problem??? native MMS works fine. wat about 1 in Rworld/messaging option??? i have read the posts here and i suppose, akhilesh had also discussed this prob. 2>i have noticed 1 peculiar thing, i downloaded 2 ringtones from 8888 service(am regretting now payin 10 Rs. as i can get tones in other ways too as i read here), but when i try downloading 3rd, it doesnt save. it asks me to overwrite the others, although my 3rd slot is empty.BUT when i save a Rworld "faltoo" ringtone, it gets saved there in the 3rd slot!!! So then i tried overwriting 8888 ringtone on the Rworldwala ringtone, but it always says Rworld not ready and comes out.....????? 3> my phone hangs sometimes, sometimes even switches off by itself????? frnz ill be very grateful if u help me out!!! in the meantime, am tryin 2 obtain datacable and tryin out the bitpim and other tweaking softwarez thank you!

dude, my problem is that: the actual MMS application in RWorld, it doesnt show in my 6130. there is only the native MMS that u call. is that the prob wid every1????? or my handset prob????? and akhilesh, u too had the same prob. wat happ then?????
