Guys good news I went to service center & they did the kitkat upgrade for me without charging me a single penny. Mine is 802d & it had tampered with relocked screen. Now after upgrade it is only showing relocked. Guide me how to back up this stock Rom for others to help as well as should I reunlock the boot loader & reroot it. So that means HTC is befooling by stating update of software will resolve the problem where as it is still persistent. Saurav - was your bootloader unlocked or locked.. Sent from my HTC One dual sim using Tapatalk 2

Guys help me please badly struck. After loading the stock recovery I went for Kitkat Update & now struck in bootloop. I have S-ON & Relocked bootloader. dont know how to proceed, please help. HTC service center is asking for 450/- Rs for Software changes as the tempered screen is coming. Regards, Vishal

Hi Manish, I am struck, Downloaded the 800MB update but since I am having teamwin recovery installed it takes me to the same & then I am not able to go further or rather not able to find the file which I can manually select for update.
