Hi Joshm, currently im on SC 3 0.3 and i would like to upgrade to the latest SC 3 0.5 using the patch. I have downloaded the patch but not sure if i have to odin it or do it via recovery. I would also like to know if i will lose all my data and will have to reinstall all the apps etc.

Finished crowding the dock and downloaded the quickpic gallery from market. I even made a nandroid backup and thanks for telling me how its done. I didnt not know how to do it. Should i keep the backup files in the external sd card or is it ok if i just have a copy of it in my computer?

ok. Im fine with SC. Noticed something strange after installing all my apps....the call, contacts and messaging icons just disappeared from the home screen and only application icon remains. I had to create their shortcuts from the applications menu. See the screenshot Also having problems with Gallery have to force close it. Any solutions for that?

ok....after flashing EH03 i tried rooting the phone following instructions from here http://www.droidforums.net/forum/samsung-fascinate-development/79811-newbie-guide-rooting-fascinate.html (previously i was able to) but not today. So i flashed my phone with superclean3 0.3 as explained by you as its already rooted, the speed is really great. Now is there a way i can go back to stock EH03 and if yes can i flash the EH03 tar file again via odin like the way i did this morning?

That went on like a Breeze Joshm as said by hetal. I successfully flashed my phone with EH03. Will I have to Root my phone again? What is superclean and will I have to flash superclean too? And yes as suggested by rajan bhai +1 to you for all the time and efforts uve put to help me out

Hello Joshm, i would like to update my phone with the EH03. Im posting a screenshot of my phone details. I would like you to guide me step by step in upgrading my phone. Can u plz post an image of the odin and mark steps in it in my case. I even want to know which files i need to download in order to be prepared for the upgrade and the precautions I have to take. I have one more doubt that is will i lose calling and data after the upgrade. Please let me know.

One more point to keep in mind is to buy one with a high refresh rate. Normally lcd and led have a refresh rate of 60hz. Go for one with a refresh rate of atleast 120hz. With this you will be able to watch 3d movies via a 3d bluray player or power dvd 11 via a pc using normal 3d glasses like the ones we get in the movie theaters

im using reliance n got a message saying i will get 10 gb data free for 2 months.......but money is being deducted while using data....when contacted CC they say that it is free only if i use data in the PC via the phone which i think makes no sense at all........can someone plz clarify me on this plz coz as u all know how expensive data usage is on cdma network........and one more thing is that i dont have R-World icon in my phone??
