I went to the samsung global website and asked them a support question, here's what they had to say... So now i have posted the query to the India Support site, this guy replied within 24 hrs will the indian team do too?.. BTW, the website link he mentioned doesnt work

Whats the way out for me?. I have a samsung SCH-N191 DAPO phone. The battery standby time is pathetic. I want to exchange this for a RD 6130 or a Samsung camera phone. Reliance and LG have no exchange offers. Reliance is asking me to do a change instead of exchange. What to do?:

I bought the 6130, the N191...lies dead in front of me... I am trying to see if I can escape typing my address book and also get the stored messages somehow, unfortunately neither BItpim or the samsung N191 pc link software work with this model.

Guys, Ok i seem to have fallen for it... I got a provisioned handset + hcc together for Rs 6821..... However,The guy at the counter said that the RSN no. which is unique to the handset is feeded in the system, so during the warranty or in case of repair...it is easy for them to find out whether this is a non-provisioned or provisioned handset. Made some sense to me at that time..

Mate, I already got an offer for 750, if you are getting 3 for that price, that just shows these are not genuine people..blocked handsets...illegal usage...then trashing these maybe. I am adding the reliance original datacable handsfree..manual everything intact... Its a good deal for 1k i believe. Cheers, Vj

last heard from reliance webworld express 6000 - 750 for my sch n191... whats ur take on that?.. they are saying this price is only for today since the prices would raise after VAT. Can anyone confirm.

Hi, I have a samsung sch-n191 ( personal) available with me, It was purchased 2 yrs ago in the DAPO scheme. The phone is worknig pretty fine, except the battery which needs a charge every 2 days with my kind of usage. If you are interested I might put up an original Reliance Datacable (purchased from webworld) in the deal. All manuals, handsfree etc. are intact. Send me a private msg. if interested.
