HI i just changed my mobile from lg rd 2030 to samsung n 191 I did not buy the mobile it was my brothers prepaid which got deactivated recently now i want to upgrade the software rang the ASC they told will charge Rs 200 why is it so when LG upgrades for free I did not upgrade my lg since the ASC guy said there was nothing new in the version only for international roaming some changes in v 17 (LG RD2030)

I have just transferred my no from Lg 2030 to Samsung N191 I had about 265 names in the LG phonebook with about 400+ entries which I uploaded to the Reliance backend using Transfer phonebook of R world now when I tried to download this on the samsung handset only 181 of the entries got downloaded and the phonebook became full I cannot even manually enter new no in the phonebook of Samsung. Samsung is told to hold 300 entries but why is this happening I simply cannot understand To overcome the problem I had to delete some entries from my old LG handset ( the rest I had to backup using LG desktop software) and again upload the whole phonebook with atleast 300 entries and 150 names (How I uploaded from the LG again some people might have guessed but for others I cannot explain My mouth is shut on the issue)

Ths card costs Rs 550 as it has to include service tax @10% also

I dont think they will reduce charges for DAPO they are only interested in increasing charges like they did for calls to TATA indicom I am sticking to DAPO since I had paid all money upfront and then realised my mistake but to take money back is much more difficult task so trying to get even with reliance by paying bills late gettting waivers on all late charges and sending a minimum of 1000 sms per month

If I use the travel charger while surfing net and after some time if the light turns green say after 1 or 2 hours will the mobile battery charge or drain itself since you people have said that after green light is on it will not charge please clarify on this matter When the free net was on I was using samsung with charger cable in that there was no problem after the light turned to green

Whenever there is a problem in the handset the RCC guys say to do power recycling by switching off the mobile and then taking out the battery and then after few minutes to put back the battery and then restart the mobile Most of the time the problem is solved by this power recycling Can somebody explain what this does and why it is to be done coz I cannot understand how taking out the battery solves the problem.

OK Rohit I got you but what is the use of taking out the battery how does it help in taking out the junk files (bad sectors whatever)

i think that software is not for N 191 on the site it says its ok for N 191 but when u open the software just look there you will see no mention of n 191 but some A 306 ( I am not sure) but it surely is some other model this time Samsung is cheating us

with reliance u never know what to believe it is only when the first bills come then we can be some sure of charges anyways We DAPO people are paying Rs100 per month as club membership / prevelidges charges and out of that they are only giving us Rs 25 worht of membership fees Thats not fair

The webmail application seems to be removed from R world I rang *333 to ask and they said NO it has not been removed and they registered a complaint in this matter The whole R world has been changed and those *ss*oles do not have any idea about this So much for the world class customer care

they have changed the format of r world from today it now has arrow marks and F mark instead of the number before the application I wonder what that F in a square box means

The most simple thing in this is to say that you have paid the bill I used to get these calls but now I say I have paid the bills then they do not bother u and do not even check whether u have paid the bill or not Regarding Rs 25 as late payment charges they should not take it from pioneer customers as we have prepaid the money On this account I get this Rs 25 waived everytime

Now there is a new problem in webmail I am unable to save my username n password in BSNL and otther accounts( the last option of webmail) when I complained at *333 they say there is no option to save un and p/w now this is funny when I told I am able to save it in other accounts( like gmail and rediffmail) the reply i got was" it is your good luck that u can save in other accounts but we do not provide this service" after a lot of argument the call was supposedly transferrred to the senior person who also gave the same reply I think the call is never transferred to a senior person (whether someone senior is there or not is a doubt) but just transferred to some other equally incompetent colleague Has anybody else faced this problem please write about ur experience

I just recd a SMS from Amit Sana of indian idol from 1232 thanking me and telling me to watch the indian idol finals on saturday infact I do not see this show and have never voted for anyone
