Bitpim is better than this software as you cannot see the filesystem with this software

Yeah there is different entries for SIM and RIM transfer but the funny part is that for RIM there is no download option only upload so what is the use of this phbook transfer I think it is still under upgradation (as usual)

now u can use hindi banner in lg 2030 also like samsung n 191 but it is a bit lenghty process for this u have to have QPST software enter the Service programming module of the software and edit the banner there enter symbols there which you cannot find on the mobile and then write this to the mobile using this software and u will see those characters will appear in hindi script but the problem is u have to find which symbol becomes which hindi letter Try this but for entering the service programming part you have to have SPC i cannot tell u how to find it as the topic is banned here but u can get help on net there r still various sites which discusses these topics so go ahead and try a hindi banner on LG 2030

Chandramauli the no 600 is actually *600 dialled and it is for voicemail and it is chargeable as RIM to RIM call and it is perfectly correct in bill

i got r connect deactivated after repeated calling *333 and got sms that ur complaint has been registered and it will be deactiveted then i dialled *333 it told registered it will be activeated shortly but still i am unable to use rconnect it is prepaid with no balance and one month past the validity period

you r scaring me i have also got unbilled usage till date of 40 Rs and my billing cycle is from the first of month and I too have used R connect a lot this month and am in DAPO waiting for the bill now will tell the details then till then post ur experience with chairman

That service is paid since it uses SMS and sms is chargeable as per the tariff plan so that does not mean r world is getting paid

I have tried that and am trying this since last one month every time they say it will be deactivated within 24 hrs I gave the excuse that it is being misused by my brother they told OK but not deactivated till date. And the funnier part is that some guys there say it cannot be done as this is preactivated but some agree and give time of 24hrs which never occurs

i think i had tried that also but that code is not valid it says u to dial *403 followed by new no and then dial *228 in few minutes i did that but it replied with sms that sorry this could not be done contact customer care anyways i am using this on my prepaid which I had abused for R connect and have no intention of getting it recharged unless the r connect bug makes a comeback Thnx for the warning

Saurav123 u r in deep trouble your EEPROM has been erased and all data has been lost you should not have tried that One thing u have to do is to take it to the ASC and tell them to get it repaired and if ur handset is under warranty you may have it done for free otherwise u will be charged

Madhumnair I got a mail and call from reliance telling I will get the waiver and the thing that all other services will be charged at Rs2 that is from 1 dec and not b4 that so be clear in that My billing cycle begins from 1st of the month the trouble will be with these people whose billing cycle starts late in the month in that case u might not get the waiver as they will tell all sms were after 1st dec I have a solution for that also if u r sure that those sms were before 1st dec then tell them that u want to see the CDR (call data record) and insist on it in it all details of call sms and data calls r reflected with date and time see into it and ask for waiver

hey gids have u tried using infrared of 7230 i have read in some post of this forum that it cannot be used with a PC but it is for mobile to mobile communication am not sure of it as have not used this mobile
