I downloaded the PSM player. Its good. I used it to create ringtones for my friends samsung instrument. Can we have the SCKL code generation feature on the PSM Player?? The following website has a lot of free ringtones for downloading. http://free.ringtonejungle.com You can use the RTTL codes on the site to create SCKL codes by using the RINGTONETOOLS software.

Even our very own PSM player (Customized for RIM) can compress and clip the midi files to bring it to 4 kb size.

Dear Chirag, The whole thing(// SCKL15811581080303) is a header file.Hence there is no space in between them. Where as the smaller ringtones have a small header file like //SCKL1581 . Hence u should not put a space on ur own. And one more thing, the free software at the following link given by Arun does work. http://www.mikekohn.net/help.php The only thing is that u should learn to use it correctly. I was not using it correctly. But now i learnt to use it. And it is producing ringtones correctly from even midi file correctly. Keep posting for more info.

Hey, i have something intresting. For those who havent been able to login(like me), click on the home button on the top right corner. The page that opens will say- welcome <ur phone no.> if u r registered for the sms service. ie the online sms portal. So this proves that the user name and passwords r correct but the service is only for mms-less mobiles.

Hey cricket fans, There are some other ways of watching cricket scores in r world. One is in news>sports news>scorebord. Though it updates aftera loooong time. The other is to got to r surf and then to cricinfo. It shows live scores. I hope it helps. U can hence watch live score for just the membership charge. Isnt that cool?

This is something which the foolish RIM ppl do delibrately. I have a solution for this. Once u r in r surf, click options and do goto...Then write www.MMSjunction.com. In this site, there will be a link for search, on the top. In that there is a link for google. Just select it and enjoy. This might seem to be a LOOOOOOOONG process, but believe me, it takes just 15 sec.

As i was not able to attach the file, i am pasting all the SCKL Codes here. However it seems that only those codes whose total length is less than 160 characters are transfered successfully as ringtones. Other longer ones will seem just like crap. Now that R world has become paid( exception DAPO Users), people will have to cough out some bucks for using MMS each time. Hence Ringtones via mms is not free. . However, for Nokia 2280 users it still remains free . It will remain free as long as the RIM sms website is there.

What do u mean alex? can u illustrate. If u mean transfering ringtones fron nokia 2280 to other phones, then it is not possible. However it can be used to transfer ringtones which are in the mms inbox. Though this phone itself cannot use the ringtones as they are of different format, the ringtones can be forwarded to other rim instruments like samsung and lg. And it works. i have done it long ago. Ya Ganesh i know. Yesterday i was angry because of RIM. Here too i felt shouting against the cheaters and hackers. And v4victory. I went till 12000 feets for which my score was 0. That was 5th level. For all the levels before it i was getting some score. But it was so bad to see 0 score after going further and doing better. Since then i stopped playing that damn game. For those who are still playing it, here is a small tip- keep swinging the man from left to ringt and back regularly. This way the game will not be able to predict ur position and u will get hit by lesser stones.

Ya man i am a nokia 2280 user. It doesnt has any such function as 'DOWNLOADING'. However the samsung and maybe the lg people have the option of saving the wallpapers and videos and some games and ringtone and some more things. Lucky people.
