LG seems to be good in basic color handsets. But for advanced features, Nokia is the best.

The offer does not turn out to be beneficial, though at the first look, it does catch the eye with its free 2 mins STD. Seems to be more for advertisement benefit.

I am planning to take an Airtel broadband connection. In Chennai, the Airtel broadband is not shared. Every connection individually gets the bandwidth promised. Its also much cheaper than other ISP's. Had checked lot of reviews on Mouthshut.com before zeroeing in on Airtel.

Just saw the movie yesterday. It has made my blood boil more than ever before. The politicians lie and lie, everyone knows the truth, and politicians too know that the public know the truth, but still they lie and go scott free. And from our part, we see things are going wrong but can hardly do anything without risking our lives. If we need to set right our system, we cannot set it right without giving up our lives or career and family. The big guys can get us any time, in any part of our lives, be it harassing the family, messing up with our job, or even murder. The best example of today is perpetrators of the murder of a leading model in Delhi being acquitted. Well, the inspiration I got was that whatever cannot be set right by the system should be settled outside the system and silently, without anyone knowing, who's doing it.

Nope... it does not increase the R Connect Speed. However, it eliminates some bugs that were there in Ver 1, like Statistics not showing when clicking on Statistics button. However, I have noticed that the phone goes into dormancy mode lesser number of times in Ver 2 than in Ver 1.

Sorry for the blank reply. As Chirag suggestde, why don't you take the phone to the LG Service Centre. If its a software defect, they'll reload your R World Software free of cost. If there is a hardware defect, they rectify/replace the part free if its still in the warranty period. Hope this solves your issue.
