Anupe... deleting IOTA folder worked!!! Now I am not getting the bugging message of Vision Services being prepared and the crap. Moreover, my NetConnect is more stable now. Havent deleted the HTC_CM_Gaurdian.exe file as I was able to workaround the default Sprint issue. But RWorld is still an issue...now to find a workaround for that. All this without having to reflash the Mogul. Your screenshots look excellent. I am using SPB Mobile Shell and Phone Suite too... its a beautiful software. Had taken care of all the shortcomings of Windows Mobile OS. Only drawback is it eats up RAM.

I am using a temporary solution - Under Settings -> Connections -> Connections -> Sprint, I have added the RConnect settings. So under Sprint -> Manage Existing Connections, I have 3 options - Autopick, Sprint PCS and RConnect. When I choose RConnect, it does not default to Sprint on dialling internet. But the IOTA issue remains - maybe Anupe's solution can work

Try taking it back to the dealer and get a refund. I know this will be difficult but you got to make your case strongly. Then buy a Mogul from our in-house entrepreneur Sadik Bhai for the same cost as P3000 but with loads of advanced functionalities.

My experience with CC has been fine too. Got itemised billing, activation of ISD, international roaming, billing queries... all activated with the same day. Also, the waiting time for a CC executive has come down to 30 secs, earlier it used to be anything between 10 mins to eternity. Looks like CC is improving. Also, the quality of response depends on who picks up your call. Some of them are dumb and inexperienced, so it takes good communication skills and a lot of patience to hammer home your requirements

Hi Vijay, the GROM has got too many softwares which I do not require and might slow down my phone. So didnt instal that. Anyway, I think I will finally do that now so that everything works. Thanks!!

Or Hetal could extract the registry setting so that we could upload it through registry editor into the Mogul

Same for me... am running original Sprint ROM - need Hetal's extended cab to work for R World and R Connect.

I am using the original Sprint ROM as described in the procedure by Arun. I am facing the following issues: 1. Net Connect on the Mogul does not stay connected for more than 1 minute 2. Not able to connect to R World. I am using Hetal's extended ROM 3. When I use Wifi, the phone still dials the R Connect. Is there any way to override dial-up when we use wifi? 4. How to connect to Net Connect through cable and Mogul. My laptop does not detect the phone as a modem 5. How to connect to Net Connect through Bluetooth. Please

I installed it on my 6800 but found out that it is a pain to operate it. First, It gets activated even if the device is locked. Second, the movements have to be made only in a specific way on the screen, else it does not activate. So it never works in the first try. Got to keep scratching the screen bring up the cubes. Third, it does eat a lot of your RAM, so slows down your operations. Overall, it is no fun at all. I took it off my phone un 2 days of installing it. Scratching the a** would give more pleasure than scratching the Mogul screen to bring up the touch flo cubes

The phone is expensive. Looks are not that great. And functionalities are also not up to date. The only plus point of the phone is dual use on CDMA and GSM.

We already have the iPhone at 22k on ebay. A little bit of haggling might bring it down to 20k. So Vodaphone better bring it out cheap

Dear Gurus, I am having a problem connecting to Wifi. When I switch on the Wifi key, it displays the network, says 'connecting', but never gets connected. In the Network adapters, I am using server assigned ip address.

IPhone with 3G and GPS is due to be launched in September, first in Australia. So the current model will be outdated. Again India will become the dumping ground for an outdated model.
