the home loan exemption/loss of income from proprty factor needs to be added here... that is the major money saver

The problem is that the Pre is a Slider, and I have messed up many sliders in just 2 months of Usage.. Secondly since I am happy with a Treo 755P, I m not very demanding in terms of tech from a Pixi, hope it is as good as a 755p Just wanted a change of Form Factor .. even waiting for a discount offer from sadikk to buy a new treo as well.. just for a change of Colur

Dear All Whenevr I press Call Log button on the screen of my Palm, it hard resets, what can be the problem...

thx dhiraj.... i wasnt aware.. will search for them now EDIT: Found the Treocalllogtool TCLT....while searching for drivers,installed via Bluetooth and Used it to export and nPurge previous call log.. Now it is working as smooth as a Merc

The Biggest trouble is, that since I moved to Vista from XP, I am not able to sync my phone as well. i e it even does not show that it is connected vide that LED or USB Icon... Sadikkkkk.... Need the Pixi fast bro.... The times up on this one I guess....

I faced the same problem with my 755p, however when I tried to fix the headphone jack, the same got very loose and I ended up back on square one. But in my case only the handset speaker wasnt working, the speakerphone was okay. I ordered the speaker from Ebay.com, the seller was from Hingkong, got the same in 5 days for 5$, and within 5 minutes I was able to use the phone normally again.... My advise, show it to a mobilewalah, but get the speaker yourself...

no aviator, the moment I woke up at jammu stn , my cell was getting signals but no call was getting thru. the ccare people are nothing but phone hold mechanisms, I was on hold frm sanjhi chhatt almost till the bhawan :'(

@Dhiraj & Aviator The issue is different, while it was working on two other handsets (Reliance CDMA). My treo was the only Non working reliance CDMA, Imagine it was all working from Katra to the Main Bhawan, I was able to call customer care as well but No other calls... Pls upload the PRL file again so that I can update my PRL Again

guys guys.... I m postpaid user, and was previously the HR head of the company which provided RF,O &M manpower and setup support to the lucent reliance, zte reliance projects esp J& K. The reliance network has much more than 3 sites in jammu n kashmir,I am sure I had 3 RIM phones in the group the remaining 2 worked seamlessly on nokia n lg handsets, i guess this is a PRL issue but need advise. i remeber dhiraj having roaming issues earlier

Dear Gurus I have a Palm Treo and I am quite Happy with it, however in the recent past, the handset earpiece started troubling and after getting advise , ordered speaker from Ebay and replaced the speaker and the phone is back as good as earlier. One problem that I have faced is roaming, I have updated the PRL to PRL 2 , but recently as I went to Ma Viashno devi, J & K, the phone wasn't working. need help advise and support , what should I Do Pls help me out regards Rohit

Guys I had used the Reliancemail.net ID as my main ID, now I guess the sever is down since last 30-40 odd days, so now I m stuck with no mail. is this going to get resolved because I did not move to BSNL EVDO just due to this ID Can anyone pls confirm when this will be resolved Rohit

Pls provide the detail for UTS id as when I use the same with given ERROR : (0x7301) is displayed Can u pls elaborate on the same. Else I could subscribe to a 300 PM plan of relnetconnect which gives me 15 hr daytime and 30 hrs nighttime free which would be enough for me. PLs suggest a better alternative BTW Whatever happened to the SC810 wala Connection, it never worked in my palm , saying data services not available in your area

Dear Gurus I used Netconnect on my Palm and My Monthly bill has 986 Rs as VAS charges. Which is an Additional cost to my office and home Internet, Suggestions to save the charges??? Pls advise

simple..just go to phone -options-phone info -prl version or dial ##786# before update my prl version was 65535 now it is 2 There is a small prob, bro, My PRL version is 60610, now is it ok or not, coz it is neither 65535 as earlier and nor 2 as now in your case. Advise pls

Ok Now that Its been more than A Week since the New Treo 755P was purchased. It is a great Gizmo and a Good Phone (Strictly in the same order). I have Installed, Tried and Tested Many apps, Removing the Useless or repitive ones and have kept minimal Apps for which the Phone has been behaving well barring a couple of Reboots. Phonebook Tansfer has been tough with the format change and the Order in which numbers were stored. Now I do have the complete phonebook Barring a couple of dual entries.... Now the Conf Call ****s, I mean it is not happening. (Remember I was the one who confirmed with Mufaddal whether concall works) Strangely it does not for me, I make call no 1, take the person on hold, call the second guy, press conf button , and BINGO, the screen shows conference but Guy no one cannot hear me, neither can I hear him. A far cry from the ease of Use Nokia 6275, this is a Premium phone which has the Prmium Value of a Merc or a BMW (Lookswise, I e in a group using Reliance , flashing a PDA seems nice . Getting used to will still need more time, but I like this phone , the touchscreen simply rocks, I dont need to use the Stylus. The Movie Feature will be tested soon ... wait for Updates ' Ahhhm , if anybody can solve concall pls lemme know, In my Job concall is a basic function, and I need to do it at least 2-3 times a day EDIT: I just did solve the concall problem, Just a lil bit of R N D he he he, Had to press 3 and the green button as in Nokia after the Palm Process and we were Rolling....... So No probs as of Now

Doc Saab, How can a Noob be so noob to challenge anything u say. I just wrote my experience with the Mogul , I did not reset it or did not use many applications on the run, but it was still a baby to take care of , feed, nurture.....Anyways it has been with many handsets, The Only happy feeling with a phone was the Nokia 6600 that too lasted for a couple of months after it started hanging up . There is always scope for more in a phone. Symbian 60 would have made for good platform but Nokia does not have any Immedieate plans to give us the pleasure , the 6255 ****ed, the 6265 was ok, but sliders dont last with a heavy user, the 6275 has done 1000 odd hours and hasnt balked yet so .... Now u loved the mogul coz it was like moving from a FiatPalio D to a Fiat powered swift D (analogous: same technology but much better mode of delivery, I know coz I moved frm a palio to swift) But for a nokia user, it would again take some time to adjust to this platform A Windows Mobile on the other hand require you to constantly monitor your memory status, temp files. But if one has the experience and hands on knowledge like urself . agreeing with you and Like I said A mogul is a Mughal, No doubt it is a sweet phone with great looks but my user experience has been limited while you have been using it extensively and It deems enough to agree that if managed properly, it is a good fone.
