the message you receive regarding the dispatch, must be from ebay, i believe.. please call ebay on their toll free no. & raise you concern.. also, communicate with the seller through "ask a question" facility on the listing itself, so that the query will get registered with ebay too.. hope this helps.. -

^ for Case 1 & Case 2, transferring the no. is still a pain in (you know where), if done by Webworld ppl. They transfer the no. by making older ESN/MEID/RSN as DoA (Dead on Arrival), where as there is another safe option is present in their systems (Lost & Found). in my case, what i did is, i called the delhi no. & told him that my card stopped working.. he guided me to do some basic troubleshooting like trying to format the card through computer in FAT32, FAT and then he asked me to try to format it on handset itself.. but all in vain.. then he asked me to send the card alongwith the copy of the invoice.. i did and after a week or so, i got a new card as a replacement.. -
