  4. FLY has a very bad after sales support as i had a very bad experiance with a handset FLY V-80i (basic CDMA/GSM phone). I bought that @ 3850.00 from RW & just after 3 months it was behaving erraticly.. Heard that now Reliance Worlds are selling V80 @ Rs. 1500 & V80i @ Rs. 1550.

    ^ umeshji, for basic usage, i find this phone is good.. right now its being used by my mom.. battery backup is quiet good.. gives the backup of approx 2 days with moderate use..

  11. ^ Its not only Tata, every company is expanding their networks but only after checking the demand & feasibility.. Only the problem is that the Tower erection process is very tedious nowadays, thats why telecos have come up with the solution of Tower-Sharing..

  14. Sir, Tomizone has already tied up with Reliance ADAG group Company - Reliance Webstores Ltd. Its the retail face of reliance communication having its own branding with the name of Reliance World (RW) - formerly known as Reliance Web World. As everybody is aware that RW offers Broadband Surfing like other Cyber cafes too, they set up the Wi-Fi hotspots in RW premisis itself. The user has to carry his/her laptop & surf after paying as per he needs.. i myself did that sometimes back as am a regular member of Reliance Worlds Broadband Centre..
  15. after calling to that no., i got an service message that "Your request for the deactivation of GPRS has been registered & it'll be done in next 24 hrs." Lets see what'll happen.. I'll keep the forum updated.. PS: To activate this one has to call *567*559#
  16. send 'DEACT NET20' to 12345.It should do the trick for you. Thanks for the help sir.. but it didn't work.. Somehow i came to know that to deactivate this one has to call to *567*560#
  17. Same kind of Pack is in !dea too but @ Rs. 20.00 per day.. accidently i have activated it but i do not know how to deactivate it & the Call Centre of !dea 12345 (toll free) & 98xx012345(chargable) are pathetic.. can somebody help in getting this deactivated.. thanks..
  18. Samsung SAGA aka i770 from Verizone is one such phone but have heard that its hard to unlock.. Its WinMo, QWERTY, supports CDMA as well as GSM.. Techies pls. help...

  21. To be in the market, Nokia has to take such stands or else, keeping the current scenario in mind, Samsung will take over, as they've come up with very aggresive marketing plans & stratagies with newer models (even in CDMA)...
