Well, i had applied for a touchtel dsl connection when i came to chennai.the executive collected the installaion money from me and assured me that he will give me the line in 10 days. i did not get the line for 30 days, and i cancelled the connection. I never got a clear answer why it got delayed and finally i got pissed off with them and cancelled my connection and they refunded me the money after a month :-X

And they have given unlimited 128K as a TOP UP PLan , and no idea what is to be topped up and what is under that topup
