Dear Sir, I bought HTC EVO 3d, which is reliance registered and used it for about 1 year. Then I got a problem with the display and taken the mobile to reliance web world and they transferred the number to a SIM. Now I got the mobile repaired and tried to activate it with HCC. when I am dialing *228, it is not asking for the pin, simply it says "your phone could not be activated, please contact reliance customer care" Then I checked the status of the MEID from other reliance mobile. I got the following Message. "HANDSET STATUS AS ON 05/09/2013, WITH RSN AXXXXXXXXXX0: IS REPORTED LOST WILL NOT WORK WITH A POSTPAID GSK, PREPAID GSK AND A HCC" I have given requests to Reliance Web Express and they are not doing anything. when I contacted the Forum members, they advised me to post a thread so that some Reliance Official can help me. Kindly help me. If it costs some thing, I am ready to pay for that. Regards Sarma

I am using verizon 6700 with reliance. I have sent it to put a protective film on the screen. when the shop keeper tried to remove the old film, half of the touchscreen came out. LCD is intact. can anyone help me where will i get the touch screen replacement for this phone. will O2XDA or Imate K-Jam or Dopod touch screens suits this phone? thanks in advance. sarma

sorry it cant be done..i have used that handsfree for a long time ..it isnt meant for pressing to dial or accept so it defeats the purpose... besides be careful .. using a ppc6700 with handsfree can cause problems with ur phs jack..which might led to not being able to hear anything on ur ph.. the jack inside ppc is very sensitive.. and if any of the metal strips bend or distort ..which will happen after sum time of using it.. , ull have problems.. i had such problems after using that for a few months.it can be corrected by tinkering with those pins but no point in risking it.u wont hear anything unless u put in the headphones.. its better to get a blue tooth instead.. there are many stereo blue tooth headsets available.. Thank you very much for your advice. I have Nokia bh200. But using the bluetooth is reducing the battery life drastically. That is the reason I tried for headset. Anyhow, I will use my bluetooth only. Thank you once again for your response.

I have bought a verizon 6700. how to transfer my reliance number in this phone?

Recently I have purchased Motorola headset for using with verizon 6700. The earpiece volume and mic volume are excellent. But i am not able to accept any call using the button provided on the headset. I've seen all the settings but there are no settings for headset except autoanswer. Can anyone help me how to enable this button? Thanks in advance.
