try to check the bitrate and codec of all the mp3 songs which are not included in your mobile list , the bitrate should not be higher and some codes also do problems sometime ..

thanks all for helping me the problem didnt get solved. then we changed the phone number to another phone using HCC , then now it is working well. so i think the problem was in the account and it worked when we HCC'd to another phone.. thanks

i create a new one through Dial–Up Networking Wizard and it worked for a week then it stopped giving this error.. then i also changed the PC but same problem remains , then i changed the cable from a USB cable to a serial cable .. but also failed .. so now i am thinking that this 6230 phone is defective or my connection is bad .. donno what is the problem.. what u all say about this ?

i tried ur solution and it is working on my 6230 successfully.. thanks but i am also getting one problem , when i disconnect it , on the PC , the phone does not disconnects it goes to dormancy mode.. i have to switch off the set everytime to bring it to the normal mode... help.. thanks

it is a bad idea to change the original body to a duplicate body/ as i think after changing the original body the network reception capability of the phone is lower... only changing the keypad will be a better idea...//
