    @Dkaile Try the following in Windows 7 for improved audio level. 1. Go to Control Panel, Open Sounds, Select Playback, Speakers, Properties, Enhancements Tab and enable Loudness Equalization option. 2. In speaker properties, advanced select the default format as 16 bit, 48000 Hz(DVD Quality) Additionally download DFX Audio Enhancer, find a c***k for trial version to full version and see the sound even better after above in Windows Media Player. This has always worked.

  4. @kesav Which brand Micro SD Card Reader do you have? Generally i have not come across any card reader that specifies a limit for card capacity. If it can access and show in PC true capacity, should not be an issue. If access is there, Copy data till full capacity on Card and then copy the same data from card to another location on PC. If data is o.k. it will work.
  5. I got one 16GB Kingston fake knowing it to be fake for testing. When you copy, it will copy till full capacity but again when you access data, it will show garbage and error. It fools OS by programming at controller level to show fake capacity. Ultimately had to use a software to fix it and real capacity was 1 GB. Don't know how it is working for you. But beware don't keep essential data. Dhokha dega kabhi bhi.

  7. @hetaldp Do you need any assistance in terms of written representation and good drafts. Unless they have all the convincing arguments on a piece of paper which goes to the highest level including chairman, i wonder whether oral talks can achieve much? However i don't know the methods employed by you. Let's make a concentrated effort. Let's make an initial draft and circulate among seniors like Dr. Mufaddal, Dkaile, Arun and others who you think fit. Take their inputs and incorporate it. Armed with that you go into talks or representation whatever you may call it. And send the same to every senior person at Reliance. May turn out to be more effective. Just an idea. What do you say? Let's do it for the community and all of us.

    Yes this is a very good step particularly with respect to this being a key selling point in many buy sell posts. (And everyone including people who will appreciate it now did it) But that entire thread for Rworld Internet Plans not working being deleted is absolutely unfair to thousands of innocent readers of RIMWEB who actually get the correct idea of what problem they were facing. And that problem was not only restricted to people using such plans but spread across everyone who were actually paying for DATA but because of the procedure change at Reliance sufferred. For sins of a few, entire community should not suffer. Aim of RIMWEB mentioned in Home Page for all users to discuss/share their experience, grievance and share their knowledge with other Reliance users in an efficient and interactive manner is not being served by deleting this entire thread. May be the offending posts can be deleted and others be restored. No offence to anyone and i love RIMWEB. Let's not be knee-jerk in our reaction like our government.

    @raccoon No. I haven't used this phones. And i don't think we can all restrict our opinion only on that factor. I agree with you for Moto's software in some of their earlier phones but Motorola was almost dead and staged a fantastic resurgence. See the kind of handsets it relased after touching nadir. Moto Droid etc which have become a roaring success. It has learnt from its mistakes unlike Nokia and is gaining good market share in US markets. It has definate plans for different countries and particularly categories like Dual Sim in India. It is altogether a different story when a mobile is from new battle hardened reinvented Motorola (Inventor of Mobile Phones) as compared to all this Indian brands and Korean brands like LG. Again if one is in the market for a phone which is newly released, one can decide based on opinions on forums, searching the net and standing and brand of the Company. All people cannot wait till actual user reviews pour in. Well totally depends on the buyer psyche and urgency. To each his own preference.

    All brands like Micromax, Karbonns, videocon, onida and others which you looked will be having more or less same features, same type of user interface and practically the same quality as they all are using the same chipset and os. This are O.K.till it works but when the problem arises, you will have to practically throw away and look for another one. Even though you don't want QWERT or Touchscreen, at the moment in India, the following 2 phones from Motorola are the best in Dual Sim category from a top brand. None of the brands which you have seen can match this two either in features or motorola build quality and software.     @kesav I wish i could be happy but the problem is TRAI has little role or any actual power in implementing things once it decides or issues a guideline on policy matters. It is DOT which has terminated Telcordia License. It will be FIPB who will decide Telcordia appeal. And it will be Home Ministry which will poke its nose everywhere with the security issue. So many initiatives by TRAI in the past have either not materialsed, or materialised partly or with huge delays. Case in point CAS for Cable networks. How many years ago TRAI mandated CAS for all over india? What is the present status?. Except for few metros nowhere. TRAI also mandated individual channel pricing for digital networks and not bunching together of packages along with fixing price at some Rs. 5 per channel. Do you get this option on any DTH operator? No. So TRAI Chairmain's optimism carries little practical weight.

    @mandu1 Are you using OMH Sim Card? Generally data won't work without OMH Sim Card. Other best thing which i can tell you is just sell of this handset (Even for a loss) and go for some good brand with OMH Sim. You will have peace of mind rather than pieces of mind. As you have already read my review, this handset is not meant for good data use. Only if your requirement is Voice & SMS, it is o.k.

    Absolutely. The same thing i keep on telling many people who just ignore the other vital parameters which actually define a good LCD like Panel type, Brightness, Digital Picture processing circuitry, Picture Bit, sensors etc. for this USB thing. Also the picture quality with good dvd/bd player with inbuilt USB is far superior. +1
