    Lenskart is as brilliant as ever. Perhaps THE best place online to buy specs at amazing prices. I have ordered multiple times & everytime their delivery is superfast. They generally dispatch prescription eyeglass within less than a day from ordering! Frames are great & much cheaper than what you find in stores. During one of my earlier order, a similar frame which i got for Rs 800 or so was selling for around Rs 2,500 in Reliance Vision store. For the current order, called up their helpline for clarifying about reward point applicability. The Customer Care executive asked whether i have zeroed down on a frame and would like to place an order? I told him the product ID & he offered Rs 1,000 discount on total order value of Rs 2,300 for being an existing customer (While i was earlier thinking of applying a 35% off coupon!).     Micromax accidentally reveals sensitive data of Canvas 4 pre-order customers Source It was one of the most hyped phone launch in the recent past. The Canvas 4 went up on pre-order without Micromax revealing the specs, price or even photos of the phone, yet over 10,000 people paid Rs 5,000 upfront to book a unit. But things went horribly wrong for a few when sensitive information including their email address, shipping address, phone number as well as Micromax account user name and password were leaked by the company. First reported by Gizmodo India, some customers who had pre-booked their Canvas 4 units received a mail from Micromax informing them that the balance Rs 13,000 was being charged on their credit card. However, some of them received a mail that had the same details of over 100 other customers. BGR India has a copy of that mail. What’s shocking is that not only did it have contact details of other users, it also had the user name and password of their Micromax accounts, which could enable anyone to change their order. One could effectively modify the order and change the shipping address. However, Micromax claims that it blocked access to the compromised accounts as soon as it came to know about the faux pas so nothing could be changed. “We have looked into these reports over the weekend, the incident is an unfortunate combination of system and human error on the last batch of the orders to be processed. However, we have blocked the access for any changes to be made into these accounts and have ensured that details could not be tampered by anyone to be misused,” a Micromax spokesperson told BGR India. Nevertheless, it is shocking how something like this can happen. It is one thing to be a brand aspiring to make it to the top and quite another to fulfil responsibilities that come with it.

According to American insider trading law, the first-time offenders are eligible to receive probation rather than incarceration and Sandeep might have to pay the penalty ‘related to the amount of profit’ that can be proved against him. But according to this detailed report on the case by Bloomberg, Sandeep might face as long as 25 years in prison if convicted on the charges against him. Post his US stint Sandeep started online marketplace Shopclues.com in India in Nov 2011 with USD 2 million in funding from unknown foreign angle investors. Till now Shopclues has raised USD 15 mn in funding and its investors include Helion Venture Partners, Nexus Partners, Teruhide Sato, CEO of Netprice.com, a Japanese Internet company.

    ^ ^ ^ Now android also will no longer remain secular. It will be communal. Further Rajdeep Sardesai, Barkha Dutt, Sagarika Ghose will debate why android growth model is wrong! (Replace Gujarat/NAMO with android in following as our media regularly do in everything) Vibrant android is a false claim. android development model is faulty. Despite android growing consistently year after year, the growth is not inclusive. Despite the fact that today one can buy a lowest price android at Rs 4-5K, there is a deliberate attempt to keep the specs of such entry level handsets lower and it suggests malnutrition in android. Such huge growth of android suggests that all android users have become fascists and communal. Though android model is very successful, how can it be replicated nationwide because android is polarizing. Android has to take every section of the society like iOS, Windows Mobile together. To prove the secular credential if android can't wear a topi, atleast an iOS lockscreen is must.

    Reliance CG300 QWERT Dual SIM For Rs 2,499 Source Since this is made by Haier & name is Reliance CG300, i am just assuming it will be CDMA+GSM Dual SIM but that detail is still sketchy/unconfirmed. The phone is manufactured by Chinese firm Haier, but will be branded and sold by operator Reliance from Friday. The Reliance CG300, as it is called, is targeted at the mass market and will retail for just INR 2,499 ($42). That’s down to the fact it is powered by the J2ME platform rather than a more expensive platform like Android, though we understand that the price could drop below $40 in the future. The BlackBerry-looking phone is fairly unremarkable. It includes a QWERTY keyboard, dual-SIM option and dedicated buttons that load Nimbuzz, which has 25 million of its 150 million registered users in India, and Facebook when pressed. The device is Reliance branded and, though the operator is preparing a dedicated data plan to accompany it, it will work on any mobile network across the country.
