    @RohitBansal If your budget is 12K as you mentioned, you can buy one of the good imported handset available on the forum. You can consider Samsung Epic or Fascinate. Either of them will be miles ahead of galaxy pop in terms of hardware and specs.

    ZTE T98 with nVIDIA Tegra 3 Pops Up in Beijing - 4+1 Cores Source Stop thinking about Asus Eee Pad Transformer 2 as the first Tegra 3 device now, while we are still waiting to see Asus tablet, ZTE came out of nowhere and showcased its T98 tablet at PT/Expo Comm China. This tablet runs on Android 3.2 and is powered by all new nVIDIA Tegra 3 processor (4+1 Cores). Company did not reveal any details about pricing or the market availability, but considering it is a ZTE product – expect to see the being launched as a re-branded device in various countries in the days to come. But if you ask only those who got a new smartphone in the past three months what kind of phone they chose, more than half (56%) will tell you they picked an Android device. The preferences of these so-called “recent acquirers” are important as they are often a leading indicator of where the market is going. Apple iOS remains popular in second place with 28 percent of all smartphone users, and the same percentage among those who recently got a new device. But those figures could change quickly in the months to come. Every time Apple launches a new iPhone or makes it available on a new wireless carrier, there is an increase in their sales. Changes in share aside, the smartphone pie is getting bigger. While 43 percent of all mobile subscribers in the US had a smartphone as of August, 56 percent of those who got a new device in the last 3 months chose a smartphone over a feature phone. The holiday season and the launch of new devices like the next iPhone could further accelerate smartphone adoption, though this is always tempered by the fact that many consumers are unwilling or unable to break their service contracts before they expire. In any event, the growing popularity of app-and-media friendly smartphones spells tremendous opportunity for those advertisers, publishers and developers eager to leverage mobile media.

    Micromax A85 Android Superphone Press Shots Leaked Source Remember Micromax Superphone aka Micromax A85? One of the Micromax's 1GHz powered handset was leaked online recently. Well, we had seen some pictures of the handset but not the entire form factor, that is up until now. We've just got our hands on a couple of images of this highly anticipated superphone. No other information was provided to us but the press shots give a good glimpse into the superphone. The press shots confirm a 5-mega pixel camera and a secondary VGA camera. There is weather widget and a android booster shown on the phone which indicates a 43% RAM consumption for 30 tasks (not bad!). The smartphone sports a 3.8-inch capacitive touchscreen with a 480 x 800 resolution. The super smartphone will run on a Android Froyo OS, but we hope to see a Android gingerbread update available as well. A follow up to the immensely popular A60 and A70 phones, Micromax A85 will include MP3/WAV/AAC player, MP4/H.263 player, Organizer, Image/video editor, Document editor (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk, Picasa integration, Voice memo and Predictive text input. We don't have any information on battery life but we are hoping for something around 1500mAh, to support gaming, chatting, videos and more.

    There is a huge demand for cleaned, chopped and neatly packed vegetables ready to be coocked in major metro cities, large towns having greater woman working population. Lady of the home is ready to pay a good price premium for this compared to roadside raw vegetable vendor prices as she appreciates the advantage in avoiding this boring daily routine job and devote time saved to more productive activities. This way of selling vegetables is almost the norm abroad but available at very few places in India. I see only one shop nearby since last 1 year who does this. Every evening around 5, he gets his stocks, everything gets sold off by 7.30. His prices are nearly 50 - 75% more than raw vegetables. Still.. No huge capital or technology requirement but great margins only if someone does not mind a vegetable seller tag. To calm your ego nerves, it can also be termed as Raw Packaged Food Business in corporate speak.

    If any of the rumours mentioned by the topic OP turn out to be true (Lol.. Will have to consider them as rumour till it fructifies.. It's Reliance after all and that too related to CDMA..), the strategy seems to drive up ARPU but at the same time do some long pending rationalization to give benefit to customers also. The way i am reading it, Keep Default Non Plan Subscribed Data Rate high to get more ARPU from such customers. Eliminate different barriers like NUC, Rworld, Netconnect and provide a range of uniform data plans, costly then GSM GPRS but still affordable compared to GSM 3G. This should motivate more subscribers who are currently not subscribing to any CDMA data plan to subscribe the plan of their choice. RComm gets fixed assured additional revenue and Customer their choice of high speed data plan. If done properly, this should be a win win for both CDMA customers and RComm. And when RComm is already providing unlimited prepaid EVDO for Rs 299 in Haryana Circle, it should be able to do this quite comfortably.
