This code doesn't work!

Hi Buddies, Can anybody let me know how to format Nokia 6275? I don't know whether it is possible or not. The prob in my phone is with message "inbox" every second message that arrives my inbox does not open neither it lets me perform any operation like Delete, etc. I guess it is due to some virus. Please let me know the format code. Thanks

Sorry for the delayed response. Just could not resist it. Looks and sounds like Pyrexia of Unknown Origin (if the doc has no explanation for a fever this is what he writes). LoL!!! Delayed but Good response!!!

Thanks for the information. This 3G question popped up in my mind when i saw an 'icon' in Settings--->Phone details----> Icon details section which say it is 3G icon. Can anybody clarify this for me please? -Hussain

Hi Everybody, One more strange thing i encountered in my NOkia 6275. Voice Recorder records the maximum at 3 minutes length at a time even though i selected storage location as Card Memory While Video recording capacity shows almost 1 hr 47 mins upon selecting Video storage location as Card Memory. Is it that the Recorder is designed that way to record max 3 min voice bits?? So Strange!!!!!!!!! If anybody here can help me with some application for my Nokia 6275 which helps me record voice then please post it here! I would appreciate. -Hussain

My Nokia 6265 is as good as a Dead piece now, Display not working , Mostly has a known Problem Of Slider strip , but I am in no mood to change teh same, I would not suggest you to port to 6265 from 6275 as after a year or so the slider will start giving you problems and then this shall be a regular expence (arround 200 -450 ) depends on your local repair shop. One more drawback is it had Mini Sd which is more expensive than the micro SD as in 6275 and all things except the screen size in 6275 are same as compared to 6265. so just for the screen size dont shift to 6265 their are a lot of other phones you can consider Regards Niraj Niraj, Thank you for sharing your experience and for your suggestion. Hi husain I Did owa a 6265 and most functions in both 6265 and 6375 are same for continual recording what you can do is at the end of exact 3 mins you will have to press the record button again this extends your voice to another 3 mins (in continuation) nad not two clips i have done it earlier but yes it is not convenient especially if u want to record a seminar or a speach or for that matter anything that is long Regards Niraj Thank you very much Niraj. Samsung handsets have trendy looks but features are good in Nokia. And after all everybody know the durability of Samsung it won't do. However thanks for your suggestion. Let me know if any good handset in CDMA with QWERTY fashion Keypad and Wi-Fi is available. Looks like Nokia doesn't need anymore business from Indian market.

Hi, Please let me know the feedback for NOkia C3. I liked it but the only thing which pricks me is dual language key pad which is very confusing to use. I am looking to buy Nokia C3 with just basic English Alphabet key pad which is hard to find. Any suggestions - please let me know.

Thank you for your help. However If you choose "Delete All Messages" that too will do. But the prob. is still there!! You can't read that msg & u have to finally delete all msgs in order to erase that one erroneous msg.

By now you might have solved your prob. Well... if not you can try Factory Reset. This should work out for you.

Hi Everybody, I was very reluctant to start this new thread as i see huge piles of information and users' experiences are available here. Still I would like to tell you all briefly about my experience with Nokia CC executive. I was looking to update my Nokia 6275 phone software, I needed to know "how can i?" after i exhausted every available option such as posts in forum visited NOkia Web Site, etc finally i contacted Nokia CC two times. Firstly I was told to download updated latest version of PC Suit through which i can update my phone software(firmware). I tried that but it didn't work. Today for the second time i contacted again and upon asking them clearearly that if there was any update for my Nokia?? i was put on hold for almost 4 to 5 mins and to my surprise NOkia CC executive told me honestly that they (Nokia CC guys) themselves doesn't know what is current version and if there was any new update released. How Ridiculous??? I questioned him why is it so? Answer is "Nokia stopped manufacturing this model" with this pathetic situation You will get to hear with iVRS upon connecting that Nokia recommends strongly to take short survey about customer's satisfaction moreover Nokia CC guys will also remind you to take Customer's satifaction survey at the end of the call. I thought Nokia Users Forum might of help and i posted there too; while browsing the forum i saw that there 1 and half to 2 yrs old topics lying unanswered with zero hits / zero replies. Hi, Need help with Nokia PC suit for my Nokia6275.I downloaded Phone Software Update installation file on PC and installed successfully (PC Suit Already installed). When I tried updating the phone software it says "Make sure the SiM Card is inserted" while it is already inserted. I tried Removing and reinserting the SiM. Reinstalled the software - restarted the PC. But nothing worked out. Please suggest something. -Thanks in advance -Hussain

Hi guys, Could anybody of u please help me with this prob? 1.Phone restarts automatically while on call 2.Number of characters in Text SMS shows in negative such as -90. sounds very funny and frustrating too coz first thing it doesn't allow to go beyond 160 characters then how come i'm 90 characters due. i guess it is a software prob. friend my 6275 is lying with ASC since nov 2007. hard to believe.I filed case in consumer forum in feb 2008.Consumer forum ordered nokia to replace with new set in dec 2008.Till now nokia is not obeying courts order.Even after winning also I lost because our judial system is very weak. take wise decision. Thanks a lot for notifying me at the right time my friend. May God save us from Nokia ASC I would like to try formatting phone myself. Anybody of you please let me know the formatting keys. -Hussain
