I have decided to shift all my numbers to uninor once MNP comes. Because they have Good plans like Rs.198 Unlimited plan which gives 120000 secs(2000mins) to uninor and 42000secs(700min) to any local which no operator is providing.And coverage also better than Airtel and reliance and Docomo in my area

Reliance GSM GPRS Plan r not getting activated. Today I tried to activate 29rs plan through retailer but not happening .Retailer is getting " your request could not be processed".I try through another retailer same problem. Last month i tried to activate 5rs plan through sms it did not get activated. Retailer is saying plans are not working. Why reliance is fooling customer

Reliance shows negative reaction ( will increase tariffs) because Reliance is now filled with Airtel guys. Can see other tariffs are increasing slowly in reliance. Seems bad days are nearing Reliance

Finall we can be confidant MNP will surely be implemented.Some operators may delay by few more months but cannot stop it

Hi I have Reliance ZTE MG880 data card .I am using it with my pc at home.but In my home signal are very weak ,signal bars fluctuates zero,one and 2 maximum.with this I am getting 0kpbs to 5kbps.Very difficult to even browse.but paying bills everymonth.You can ask if signals are weak why purchased data card.I have reason for that.Earlier I used LG2030 handset , where I used to hang the handset up outside house using strong cane ( because outside signals are full ) and connected to PC using 5meters extention cable.with this setup I got speed of more than 100kkbps most of the times. Now for this datacard MG880 I thoght of same set up .but when I attached 5 meters extension cable , My PC is not detecting USB modem( This way I tried with Huwai 325, didnt detect modem here also) .I am not understanding why data card is not supporting if we increase the lenth of the cable. I heard of attaching external antenna to MG 880 datacard(I heard it is possible) .Can anyone help me on this. :'( I dont want to lose 3000rs.I donot have any other internet option.

Agreed idea has more coverage but idea i think uses outdated technology.In my area idea has good coverage 3-4 signal bars out of 6 bars, but voice breaks and call drops despite full signals.And date and time does not get auto updated . Tata docomo and rgsm has less coverage 1-3 signal bars out of 6 signals.But once the call gets connected it will not get dropped and voice clarity is better like in CDMA and auto update of time and date is available

in area despite ful signal i am getting 1.5KBPS( 12kbps) with tata docomo and 2.5KBPS (20kbps) with RGSM. I didnot try KATORA METHOD. because katora is used to increase the signal strenght.but in my area signal are already full.

Royality payable to qualcomm is 4% - 5%(6%) on MRP of the handset.As per this calculation Rs.1000 gsm handset should cost 40-60rs more in CDMA Rs.10000 handset should cost 400-600rs more but in reality we are paying for Rs.2500 handset --Rs.3500 or more For Rs.10000----Rs.15000 or more Ex: Samsung corby gsm costing Rs.6000 but in CDMA Rs.8500 (45% more) Samsung Galaxy GSM costing Rs.12500 but in CDMA Rs.19990(60% more) Qualcomm is not charging 45% or 60% royalty.Higher prices are only because of greediness of manufacuteres and operators.

It is useless offer. In my phone it is showing 5% and 10% discount that too in remote area whhee there will be hardly any traffic on their bts. in urban we cannot expect more than 10% discount . and it is difficult to keep track of tarriffs and discounts. Some times they show discount and may charge full charge no one wants to waste time in keeping track and calculating charges for every call. ITS OBSOLUTELY USELESS PLAN

For POst paid connection with platinum 225 and 99 onnet pack I used to get Rs.365 min bill.Now converted to prepaid , with special 80Rs(200mins) and 40rs(200R-R mins) i am paying less than 250rs so I was paying 45% more with postpaid. so now a days prepaid is far better than postpaid.YOu have all benefits , special offers with prepaid.

but why do you required to program. Instead you can transfer you number from old handset to blank Ruim sim using HCC card and use it in spice c810 handset

it helps reducing it ! Nopes. Its not that simple. The wire ends up acting like an antenna... they say it may not make a significant difference if you use it either way. I found the difference with head sets In my home RCDMA signals are weak. When I talk on LG 6600 there will be breaks in the voice. But when i use wired handsfree there is improvement in the voice clarity , there is no breakage in the voice.This is with RCDMA and LG 6600 with original headsets.I noticed this every time i use headset. Did any one else notice this.So I think headset should be working like external antenna. otheres check this and confirm. didnot check with GSM , need to buy headsets and check.
