Consumers should have the right to buy CDMA handsets from the market and then send them to Reliance for programming the handsets to Reliance network. This will allow the consumers to choose from a variety of CDMA handsets available in the market depending on the features. As people have now become more and more choosy about handset looks and features, this will further enable Reliance Infocomm to add more customers.
