  1. Hi all , I recently Purchased LG Verizon exceed 2. Its a simless phone. PRL file is uploaded in the phone , I am able to use Reliance network perfectly. But the Problem is with Internet , I cannot use internet as NV file is not saving. I tried using CDMA Workshop , DFS mode etc. When i reset the phone using tool , earlier settings comes , and updated file gets removed. Kindly Help me out.
  2. Hello Friends, After a long journey through various system issues of Tata docomo I am back with the new one. Actual Problem- I am not getting access to 3G spectrum (UMTS) through the system even If i am active on 3G services and 3G plan is also activated. Combination of Plans due to which system takes into this situation- If my previous 2G plan is running and when I try to activated 3G plan on it(before expiry) ,my previous GPRS balance will be forfeited and the new balance of 3G will be allotted , in this situation ,I will not have access to 3g services . system will make me to use 2G services only. If my previous 2G plan expired yesterday , and I opt for any combo plan (example- Rs 246) ,the system will treat the 3G balance as 2G balance ,and will not allow to use 3G services till the end of the month(i.e pack validity). Situation by which I can move out of this situation (Practically Tried)- After expiry of my 2G plan, I have to Run special 3G plans (i.e Rs 9 , Rs 21 etc) , after this system will allow me 3G balance and also allow me to access 3G spectrum. Without performing this step , 3G is inaccessible. AFTER THIS I CAN USE ANY 3G PLAN. The above mentioned situation is the only way by which I got access , I made many complaints ,meet technical Head (Nagpur head office) ,everything performed but didn’t got solution other than this. My suggestion by which this problem can be solved- The data allotment name of 2G balance and 3G balance is same (i.e GPRS Balance day and night) , which makes the system to enter in toggling condition. So NAME should be changed for both. Priorities between 2G Pack and 3G pack should be provided in the system.

Hello friends, TATA DOCOMO system has a big problem that it is deducting service tax for the amount recharging between Rs 100 to Rs 10000 even after showing that the customer will get full talktime on regular recharge between Rs 100 to Rs 10000. here is the link- http://tatadocomo.com/prepay-offers.aspx goto- talktime vouchers and see E-recharge vouchers select the circle to maharashtra(as i dont know about other states) It is creating a big hole in the customers pocket due to its unawareness...
  6. Raccoon Bhai, this is a very old problem with Docomo while recharing your account online from their website. I face this issue every time. It accepts the amount only after you repeat the same steps two three times. Really irritating. Apart from this issue, whenever after online recharging my one docomo mobile, I try to recharge my second docomo mobile, it always get reject from the Bill Desk and shows payment unsuccessful. I hope Docomo should do something for these issues at the earlies. sirji docomo will not do anything related to this unless we force them to do...as everyone in docomo just believe and always say "DOCOMO SYSTEM IS THE BEST"
  7. ya i had taken it but they didnt responded well. now i will take this to the head of all nodel officers (Mumbai) as he is going to call me soon. currently my two system issues are going on which he is going to solve it because 2 Nodal officers and appellete authority talked to me rudely.and all my issues this year(total 5) were resolved without any contact and information.

They have a long way to go before they can come at par with Idea, Vodafone, etc. And unlike you, I keep facing some issue or the other with either their network or with their systems, and really miss my Idea. The quantum of my issues is more likely due to my "wider" overall pattern of usage. You are probably just lucky that the network is good at the 2 places you use it most. And for sure its better if compared to RGSM. I guess anything is better than RGSM... even BSNL! Discovered this myself yesterday. Its clear from their table that 100 - 10000 should carry full talk time, but it clearly shows tax deduction and processing fee after you enter the amount. Further, yesterday, the site randomly rejected some perfectly valid amounts and after retrying couple times the same amounts are accepted! Its like its got AM (artificial moods) built in. All this extremely irritating behavior really needs fixing asap. Didn't encounter this earlier as I'v only recharged for Rs. 222 and 444... and these amounts don't have issues. hey that is the only problem they are showing something and doing something. After launching of service tata docomo was charging tax but after sometime they changed the webpage with new offers but didnt updated their system.
  9. according to the * marked condition they should not charge tax but they are charging it. i had a talk with the customer care through chat support online facility. they fooled me by saying that you had done this through net if you had done from the retaileryou would have got full talktime. so i went to the retailer and asked him ,he told that tax is always deducted in all recharged between Rs 100 to Rs 10000 except Rs 222.

Hello friends, since a long time i was noticing that tata docomo was billing me charges before 100th sms. few of mine friends also told me that docomo was charging them nearly at 70-80th sms. so i started counting every sms from 25th December and found that their was really a problem in docomo billing system. Here are problems faced by me from December 25 :- December 25- Total 89 sms (each 127 characters) I was charged for 1st 3 sms and then last 6 sms. December 26- total 68 sms i was not charged for more sms rather than 1st 3 sms. December 27- total 91 sms i was charged for 1st three sms and the last sms. december 28- total 86 sms i was not charged for more sms rather than 1st 3 sms. december 29- total 81 sms i was not charged for more sms rather than 1st 3 sms. december 30 (today till 6.30 pm) - total 60 sms i was charged for 1st 3 sms As i contacted customer care executive on 25 December , when i told that i have been charging before the 100th sms , he without seeing the system told that you have been charged because you have crossed the limit. then before i say anything he told me THANK YOU FOR CALLING TATA DOCOMO and switch off the call. so i wrote the mail to the docomo e-mail address. they called me today and told that as seen in their system i have been charging correctly. then i asked them to tell how many sms i had done today they told me 68 sms (whereas according to me it was 58 sms (149 characters each). then they told me to go to the tata docomo gallery and get the billing report and closed my case. so i went to the tata docomo head office and told the problem.initially they were not ready to check the system and was telling it may be yours fault or network congestion fault. then when i forced about the problem , then they checked the sms status and told that i had done 93 sms till 5pm(where as i had done only 1 more sms i.e Total 59). I dont know why these people believe their system more than the customer . i am just telling them that their is some problem in their system regarding billing of sms , instead of listening that they are just ignoring the problem. I request all the customers of tata docomo to count their sms and recheck it with the customer care executives , so that you are not billed for the system problem.... Also i request you all to post all your billing related problem here......

  19. Nokia India - Cheating Case

    I had purchased the nokia 6275 handset from TATA INDICOM head office, NAGPUR. As their was a software problem on my phone i gave the phone to the nokia care centre i.e. ANURAG MARKETING on 2nd may 2008 .due to the mistake done by the nokia care technicians they flashed the RELIANCE software instead of TATA INDICOM software. when i saw and told them, after 2 -3 hrs they told that the phone is DEAD and they will have to send the phone to the NOKIA head office. With the help of TATA INDICOM Maharashtra Goa Circle CEO my case process was in priority basis .When the phone came from the head office i was told to collect the phone when i went and saw the phone, once again the samething happened i got a phone with RELIANCE software i told the manager that once again the Technicians of NOKIA HEAD OFFICE had done mistake .Then my phone went to the head office once again and i got a swapped phone on 26th may 2008.when i asked the service manager of anurag marketing to give me the proof that the company has issued this phone to me in written, He told me that all the updates about my phone have been done in the system. Also i asked the nokia officials about this by e-mail, they told that they cannot tell the IMEI number of the phone issued to me but the phone given by nokia care centre is the right one. Now after 2 months of phone swapping many problems came in the phone i.e. speakers are not working, vibrate function is not working, Phone gets hanged up etc.on 2nd august 2008, I went to the same nokia care centre i.e. anurag marketing and told the manager,Mr.anurag wade about my problem, he behaved badly, and talked with me rudely. When i saw the warranty status of my swapped phone, the nokia careline Internet site was showing the phone is OUT OF WARRANTY and i came to Know that the warranty of the swapped phone expired on 27th may 2008 just 1 day after the phone was given to me and no changes were made on the system. As the company has not given me the proof of swapped phone, now company is asking for the proof of the swapped phone. As i contacted nokia careline they told me to send the copy of bill to the Bangalore office. They received the bill on 20th august . As they received the bill their behavior changed. Nokia executives are saying that they cannot do anything for my case. The main reason behind the ignorance is that the NOKIA COMPANY has CHEATED me by giving the FAULTY phone and now they are not ready to do anything for my case.   20. Hello everyone, i am planning to buy blackberry 8330 curve in few days. I am going to use it with tata indicom. Please tell me functions that do not work when tata indicom connection is used in (sprint) unlocked blackberry. Also problems that generally arises in blackberry handsets(specially bb 8330 curve) in regular use. Currently i am using nokia 6275,before that i used motorola moto q. Please tell me whether my decision of moving to blackberry is right or not?? Waiting for reply...
  21. Docomo Billing Sms Charges Before 100th Sms.

    Today tata docomo officials accepted their mistake and made a refund of Rs 30 for wrongly charging for tata i-channel service. they did not refunded me the charge caused to me for data usage because according to their system they have charged me unnecessary for the service which i had not subscribed. whereas i have subscribed it. even i used it for 7 days. POOR DOCOMO SYSTEM. i accepted for the refund and asked them to close my I-channel case as they said as their system is new , their are some problems. I was very happy to listen this because this was the first time i heard that their system has some problems from a docomo official. MY SMS CASE IS GOING ON....
