Buddy You can request the helpline people not to use your monthly 400 minutes quota for rconnect usage. Ask them to bill rconnect usage seperately. Don't forget to get a ticket number. So the precious 400 minutes won't be wasted. Anyways rconnect will be charged 40 paise per minute seperately.

It will be slow and steady, Reliance doesnt wants to take it's users for another rough ride. This will happen in a phased manner, area wise so that the new numbers will be effective without much confusion. Customer care numbers and other activation numbers won't change. The old numbers will work for 15-30 days along with the new numbers. Let's hope the transformation takes place in a smooth manner.
