  1. We are trying to establish Data call using AT commands between two Reliance Mobile CDMA numbers. The commad we are using is atdt'the other phone' number but we get No Carrier. Does anyone know if Relaince has disabled this service on their network. Any help will be appreciated. Brewd07.
