You just need to input the MEID and the ICC ID, both are printed on the outer box itself. I had to add a payment method, but I used a Virtual CC added to an Amazon account and used that as the payment source. You do not need to perform the actual activation on the device, I don't think it would work from India anyway. I haven't got the device in my hands yet, just asked my friend in US to send a pic of the barcode at the bottom with the MEID info.   2. Valid for a day??? Still a better value for heavy users, imho... Valid till midnight the day of recharge. So to make full use of it, recharge just after 12 AM!

  9. Rs 246 for 4 GB looks good, one can recharge for Rs 246 one month and the next month for Rs 94, so will get 5 GB valid for 2 months for Rs 340, not bad.
  10. Yep, got the same response when I asked the status of my package delivered on July 8th, Tuesday. Finally my package got shipped from NY yesterday (got the confirmation mail)

    I used GEB and got the phone today. Order date:Feb 17, deliver date : Feb 27/ - 10 days is not bad I say. I guess you just got lucky, did you had to call them and ask them to process the order? I had placed an order through GEB on 22nd, but they cancelled it. Another issue is that the seller in the US has restrictions set ie only one item per account and has also mentioned multiple orders to the same address may be cancelled. Which may have been the reason recent orders are being cancelled.
  17. I had set the Reliance PRL before updating to 4.4.2 and it worked, then when I upgraded to 4.4.2, the PRL got reset to Boost. So I tried writing the Reliance PRL again, but it is not saving, it gets reset back to Boost PRL whenever I restart the device. Any thoughts? Edit : It worked on my 3rd try, not sure what was wrong the first two times. Would it be the initial activation screen which pops up at start up messing it up?

    As per the discussion on another forum, you could do an online activation and in the last step before payment it would show the SPC it seems. Another user mentioned that the SPCUtility app works -- http://www.mediafire.com/download/i038c12rrdcbtlj/SPCUtility.apk I haven't tried any of these though as my Boost Moto G is still in transit.

    My take will be, dont buy any cdma version of Moto G until we get solution for SPC. (unless its an RUIM version ) Please keep us posted if you do make any progress in getting the SPC. Appreciate your efforts!
