Ahaan! agreed, I was also using bsnl and I never got >70kBps download speed whereas on MTS I am getting atleast 150-200 kBps.

If its an .exe file, you will have to install it through ActiveSync/WMDC. If its a .cab file and not able to install maybe that package is not for your phone(Though thats a rare chance).

I feel pity on those who are having low battery backup with EVO. 2 Days straight without charging with no data, Moderate use (5 hours talk) and still left with 40% juice. I cant expect any better from this phone. Its better even than my Hero. Overclock is not for me, EVO responds much faster than I could dream of, It might bring unstable results and not in a mood to play with it as of now

There is some network conflit with Andriod and Tata Indicom. I am facing same issues with EVO as well. Whenever I recieve messages, Sender's Number is displayed eg. 09215000000= D9215DDDDDD What can be done for the same kindly inform.

But thats no fun as one number will be switched off any time. Moreover for NAM change your phone will need soft reset.
