Even i am on MTS and there is no speed issue whatsoever! Kindly check that you have not selected 1x as your connection settings. If its on hybrid, kindly switch it to broadband. You can change the connection settings only when you are not connected to internet. Hope that helps -

^ Bhai, I would any day suggest Tata Sky! Sky has been around globe from quite a long time. I dont think choosing the package will be a problem as you have to do it just once and it continues till you want it. Its better as you could really choose what exactly you wanna see and thats what you paying for. No HDMI for DVD is no no for sure. Wait for sometime, Tata coming up with HDMI output (Component output already available in tata sky+) just like sun direct and then you will be able to upgrade the digicomp with the new one. Discovery has already started HD signals on sun direct. The future is HD Rain can effect any dish irrespective of your service provider. Tata sky installing a new connection for 1600/= incl. everything plus you get 3 months subscription free with life style gold pack. Tata sky takes anywhere around 5-10 secs. to start up depending on the time it has been left turned off. Hope that could help you take good decision.

I dont really give concern to the the internal storage and I am not a big fan of installing loads of softs. BTW when are you expecting your package?
