I have this Palm Treo Pro Bought from Sadikk Bhai. It was working fine, till I removed this activated number out. Now when I want to put a different number in it, Tata accepts the MEID, the OTA is done fine. Even put the MIN manually but all in vain till now. The phone give engage tones (beeps) while dialing any number. When I remove the MIN and dial a number, it says the phone number you have dialed doesnt exist! Could someone please tell is it possible to disable the MEID?

Why do you wanna go for Double din HU? There is nothing extra in there till you go for a DVD player that too with screen. I suggest you go for Pioneer Series HU, I find DEH-P6050UB an awesome thing to have. Pioneer has the best output as compared to anything at this price. You could go for the Chinese Amp (Sorry, but thats what gonna suit your budget and are good aswell) Sound Barrier or Alpine ( not the Genuine one ) Use Pioneer TS-307 D4 DVC as a Woofer with the Acrylic Enclosure. ( Gives a mean as bass ) NB: Use the Genuine JBL Amplifer Kit with the RC leads. Lemme know If I could help any further.

First you are choosing Repair and format Internal Storage! You need to do Clear Storage and format Internal Storage! If you are worried about your Data and contacts, Choose PIMbackup for your messages, contacts, callhistory etc. As the guy on Xda-Dev says Ignore the message. Tell me one thing, what happens when you connect to WMDC? Is the internal storage shown there?

As I am always stuck with one issue and other. Here I am with this new Issue. I was on Recovery v1.5.2, It didnt gave me access to clear Davlik Cache and I read that I have to be at v1.6.2. Needed to Clear because my data is not working and to get it working I have to flash with Alap sir Rom. Now when I flashed the new Recovery, the phone wont go further of the HTC logo when I want to enter the Recovery. I am able to use the phone normally so I hope I didnt brick it. These are the commands that I used to flash the new Recovery. After this, the phone should have entered the recovery mode, But phone sticks to the HTC black screen! Any help?

^ That for the data recovery or for the Dalvik cache wipe sir?

Found this! http://forums.intomobile.com/htc/49834-htc-touch-diamond-internal-memory-problem.html Trial and error method! but still try it! HI everybody.Im here to teach the solution to the stupid problem with the htc diamond 4g storage.I found it in different forums on the web since HTC or Sprint (NYSE: S) doesnt have knowlegde of its own products and just sell them as it is and claim that they have good customer service.Ridiculous.I was just about to go crazy with this problem once my phone was brand new and it lost the internal storage after a hard reset. Ok follow this. 1.connect your phone to the pc and choose the disk drive option instead of active sync.Open the computer folder and u should see only one option as as external drive or something like it. 2.right click on the folder and see its properties.U should be able to see that it istill has its 3.7g memory showing. If not u will see it on the next topic. 4.Right click on the storage folder and choose the option FORMAT. 5.U will do the full format of that storage not the quick one.On this level u should see on the format window that the 3.7 g is there right? 6.If not disconnect the phone and connect to the pc again till u see it. Is just unbeliavable that we as costumers have to come up with the solutions for these stupids issues.SHAME on u SPRINT and HTC. 7.Once u start formating it will take about 10 to 15 min to finish.Dont touch your phone till it ends, just leave it connected to the pc. 8.Once is done u go to check where u usually saw the NOT INSTALLED stupid message and find out that the 4g is back.It should be ,if not soft reset your phone.Or start over. 9.Its not over yet.It will show internal memory 2 now and on the device information on your phone it still not reconize the 4g on the internal storage list on HARDWARE.its ok for now. 10.Now u will perform the HARD RESET on your phone using the clear storage option on settings.Pick the Clear storage and format internal storage option before typing 1234.Ok now once u started the hard reset it shows a quick error message as unable to locate storage or something like it.Dont worry about it. Once the phone start up again go to the device information and see it is back to normal and there is not internal storage2 anymore ,only internal storage.

Update: Did a lil homework on this and found this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=561124&page=51 I'm on MCR 3.1 That's a known "issue", the wipe script gives an error because it tries to wipe the dalvik-cache from the ext partition after it erased the dalvik-cache from /data. Since you don't have an ext partition it will exit and throw the error. Don't worry about it, your dalvik-cache IS WIPED, even when you see the error. What do you say? Is it true?

^ Actually its not visible!

downloaded from Xda-Dev http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4898505&postcount=1 I dont think it should have incomplete data as you have specified the same link here: post #157

^ Same things apply for Banks aswell! most of the banks support IE only for online banking! -
You wont be able to sync 3 accounts simultaneously. Why dont you make an account just for the sync with your hero? Thats what I have done! You can easily push your contacts to your gmail account by saving it all in .csv format!
-
^ Try the gmail sync as suggested by Dhiraj sir! You will forget syncing with the poor old outlook! the best part is, whenever you are connected with the net, all your contacts get synced automatically without pushing a button if you save contacts in your phone as google contacts! If you still want to continue with the outlook. Plug in your Htc with your pc, mount your Sd card, Htc sync is pre-loaded in your SD card!
