actaully net connection on treo is very irregular........many times u have to reset the device to get connection...... i guess this is one of the drawbacks of treo755p working on rim/tata @ketan bro fisrt try uninstall manager to uninstall the progrm..........if it doesnt work then use zlauncher .....if nothing works just take entire sytem back up with nv backup and do a hard reset and then restore.....all problems should b gone while uninstalling the s/ws on treos alsways use uninstall manger rather than simply deleting the application as it leaves some corrupted entries in the palm database

well i remember one day i got some mssg fronm rel cc that they r goin to launch lg 10000 ....bus phir kya did google search first thing i saw was rimweb.in just went onto that and luckily saw sadikk"s signature in which he had mentioned about palm treo...been driven by my desire to get a treo for a long time made me buy the handset the same day ........and started my posting on this forum

@ketan i will post card reader .....also if u cant uninstall any application give uninstall manager a try .........if u still cant then install z launcher using it u can uninstall these stubborn applications.....but best is use uninstall manger i have posted it here on this thread ....

bro first off your phone runs on rtt*1 and not on evdo ....the psectrum is limited its much like in gsm 2g where u cany browse the net and get a call at the same time...... its nothing with the phone it has to do with the telecom services in cdma and gsm....actually this will only b solved with evd o or with 3g....so dont worry u cant browse and take calls at the same time also after u finish using net go to prefs and network and disconnect ur connection bro just use gizmo 5 its much better than IM and it a freeware yes i have Can you please upload it here or mail me ambani<at>hotmail.com i m at my work place rite now ....will post it here once i get home .....but one word of advise ....its pretty unstable s/w i din like it ....

@ketan man here u come .......i cant uderstand what problems u having with your memory card.....did u try formatting it on the comp......also check it by putting in some other phone

Samsung has already proved it can make 5 megapixel phones with real optical zoom with their model. At the same time, they showed us they can make 8 megapixel phones with the G810INNOV8. Now the challenge is to make a 8 megapixel cameraphone with optical zoom. That shouldn’t be a problem, as Samsung Techwin and Samsung Electro-Mechanics have already developed 8 megapixel camera modules with 3x optical zoom. it will take a long time before htc hd will b available for cdma.......by that time reliance will alreday come with gsm .....so better go for gsm htc hd instead which should b here by next mnth or jan

tried everything that i could find on the forum...went to three different tata cc but they could not solve....am stuck...just got my no. transferred to my old phone again...but i want this treo so badly...people help me. guess what i jut managed to activate a new prepaid connection on this set using handset change card but my postpaid not getting activated...and apparantly TATA does not have handset change cards for postpaid...someone help? well you are not the only one with this issue sumitverma is also having a similar problem with for activating his touch diamond.... well in this case i think u will have to wait for tata so solve out this issue or take help of kshah ji but can we change our no to prepaid and then transfer and change it back to postpaid...will it work...also how do we enable internet access on the treo for TATA no i guess tata is having some issues lately.......u can get ur prepaid number working but for postpaid they r having some issue with the esn identification

well guys i have been exploring my mogul in and out and one thing i will have to say is palm kicks a## when it comes to speed of os and simplicity also call quality ........lacking only with multithreading but one gr8 advatage of mogul is web browsing with little effort u will b up and running and browsing is a real fun on wifi...unlike palm where the connection frequently resets ....also is the gps running destinator and map king both working fine...need to keep my n95 as a gps device aside........ just in a mnth of joining this forum i m so much engrossed into cdma......already got mogul and treo ....dont know what next.....its reallty difficult to restrain myself knowing that with the help of tths forum i can use such handsets which r otherwise difficult to get or r too expensive !!

its simple both gsm cdma phones use different radios one reconises cdma programming in the chip and one recognises gsm programming on the cheap......from what i have learnt the the programming doeesnt matter what matters is the radio..... so no gsm service with cdma radio and no cdma service with gsmradio

ya but in rim v put our own esn/min whereas in tata u have new esn for the handset which is accepted so i think the min will also b new i dont knwo whether v can discuss so openly about this ???? @shahab bro now its better u programme it .....u have the min rite ...now all u need is a bit of time ( or i should say a lot of it)

ok so your esn is accepted that means since your sid wasnt chhanged from rim to tata...i think your prl is not yet updated by tata............or else .....just pester tata cc for checking whether they have updated the prl...... if u cant wait till tommorrow morning then even u could do the same as only thing you would have to do is upload the prl.....( msl/spc and esn have been taken care of)...i think now u must have got a hang of this phone

Phone is not activated yet...what is MIN no...what is MSL in ##MSL#...sadik/dhiraj help MSL is your master subsidiary lock ....i guess sadikk must have programmed your handset.......it must b 000000.......MIN is your mobile identification number .....if u have a nokia phone in your hand u can just put ur uim and find out your min .......its a 10 digit code .....just type *3001#12345#...and in nam settings the second or third option ..... ##msl# meansu go to yuor dialpad and in this case type ##000000#....it will openup a serivice window for you to put your mobile no. and ur min but i guess for you best would b to update min ota ........just call tata cc and ask them whteher they have accepted your esn .....or else u can try it on your own likw others uisng nv backup......just talk to them first ... if u cant wait then u can try on your own ...v will all guide you .......but it is a time consuming procedure especially for newbies.... @dhiraj Yes min can bv updated ota on both relance as well as tata.......
