I KNOW MANY OF U WOULDNT LIKE THE IDEA OF LUXURY PHONES BUT THIS BABY IS THE CHEAPEST PORSCHE PHONE ONE CAN GET . I M A HUGE FAN OF PORSCHE CARS (DONT KNOW WHEN WILL I GET TO RIDE ONE) SO I JUS CUDNT RESIST MYSELF FROM POSTING THIS You’ll notice the standard Porsche font featured on the device, as well as Porsche styling. It is however lacking 3G. That’s a bit disappointing. More specs include: 2.8? touchscreen with reinforced mineral glass (wow, mineral glass!?) 5 megapixel camera built-in GPS receiver WiFi connectivity built-in fingerprint reader (cool) Pricing is expected to start around 600 Euros. Samsung 8800 Aka Pixon 8mp Smartphone Announced
Mufaddal replied to Mufaddal's topic in Other Network / Cellular Providers
WELL GUYS IS ONLY A DAY SINCE THE ANNONCEMENT OF SAMSUNG M880 AND OUR FREIND OVER AT MOBILE REVIEW ALRAEDY HAS A REVIEW OF THIS DEVICE CONCLUSION WAS "As of today, there is no phone that can take the M8800 on in terms of functionality and user interface, bar Windows Mobile based solutions (that allow the user to install third-party applications) and the Apple iPhone. However the iPhone’s operating system is much more inferior to that of the M8800, plus it doesn’t have some of the most basic features onboard and in this sense the Samsung M8800 is way ahead of it. All in all, it’s a quaint, yet likable device with no counterparts whatsoever." U CAN CHECK OUT THE ENTIRE REVIEW JUST CLICK HERE -

Two sources have claimed that Nokia's next XpressMedia device, the 5800 Tube, will be announced next week on October 2nd. at a London media event. This would jibe well with previous rumours, and give it some fine placement for the Christmas rush. As Nokia's first touchscreen device and with a focus on media, the Tube will be their stab against the iPhone and other touchscreen competitors, but by dropping the price point they hope to undercut them and tap into emerging markets. A smart move, especially when the likes of the upcoming high-end HTC Touch HD will be aiming for the upper-crust. Bottom line: if the new S60 Touch operating system is up to scratch and the price is right, the 5800 will do alright for itself despite the crowding market. Rumoured Nokia 5800 Tube specifications include: 640 x 350, 3.2-inch touchscreen display with 16 Million colors 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus Quad-band (850/900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM/EDGE radio3G UMTS/HSDPA [*]Bluetooth 2.0 [*]WiFi [*]GPS [*]3.5mm headphone jack [*]TV-out port [*]140MB on-board storage [*]111 x 52 x 14.5 mm [*]104g [*]End of 2008 launch source: rueters

though its been only a week i have started liking treo the only thing i m not liking is d battrey life (though my uasge is very heavy but i expect more from a 1600 mah battery)though i know with usage the battery life wuold increase to some extent though im satisfied with d speed of this device i m also working on overclocking d device i had a htc touch before n i was not satisfied with its 200 mhz processor so i dynamically overclocked it n i did see a lot of improvemnets in battery life as well as performance in general (especially the multimedia) so i wanted to see if intel xscale used in palm can also b overclocked .i know it can can b hard on the processor but still i wanna explore d full potential of this device i m trying to find out the safest clockspeed ......cureently my phone is overclocked to 420 mhz(not the entire system in general but only few applications) ...from waht i can c is dat my phone speed has increased by 20_30% ....also while playing videos in kinoma dropped frame rates have reduced...my battery life is pretty much d same even after overclocking( iguess dats bcoz i have not changed d bus frequency of d entire system in general only afew applications) from what i have read there r users who have overclocked their devices to 624 mhz n r still runnin fine with it but i dont wanna stress out d processor also it is said d safest speed wud b 508 mhz without harming d life of your processor .but i m yet to experiment. i know about d risks involved but then i like to test a device to the max.i did it with touch n it gave me good results. any suggestions r welcomed -

LG KC780 LG KC780 is the next LG cameraphone that will have an 8 megapixel camera. While it's exciting to see yet another high-res cameraphone, it seems LG have not put a lot of effort in making its design stand out. There are not many details about the LG KC780 now, but it seems genuine as it has already passed through the US FCC website. Among the little spec details we now is the LG KC780 will have quad-band GSM support, but unfortunately no 3G. -

Updated: Htc Dream! Google Selling Unlocked G1 Phones In India !
Mufaddal replied to Honest's topic in HTC
Time Magazine wrote this article today: "A new smartphone is debuting on Sept. 23, and, no, it's not just another iPhone clone. The HTC Dream from T-Mobile will be the first handset to run Google's new mobile operating system, Android. And while it won't look as sleek as the iPhone, it promises to give mobile-phone users a lot more freedom and flexibility. Many of the Dream's features are under wraps until launch, but based on leaked photos and videos along with screenshots released by Google, we already have a pretty good idea of what to expect. The biggest departure from the iPhone design is the inclusion of a physical keyboard, which apparently slides out from underneath the Dream's touchscreen. The Dream will also allow users to run multiple applications at once and more easily share contacts and data between them. And if reports from developers TIME interviewed prove true, mobile-phone users will finally be able to cut and paste text in emails a function that's frustratingly absent on the iPhone. The Dream, which is expected to go on sale in late October, will also reportedly cost the same as the 3G: $199. Follow up: The sweetest part of the Dream is the add-on applications available from the Android Market Google's answer to the Apple App Store. Whereas many Apple apps cost money (typically anywhere from $.99 to $9.99), at launch all Android Market apps will be free. That includes BreadCrumbz, a picture-based navigation program that doesn't just give you a drawing of your route, but also includes real-world photos to keep you on track. Another interesting app, TuneWiki, is a tricked-out music player that encourages mobile karaoke, by synchronizing written lyrics onscreen to the song's YouTube video. It also shows you what songs other TuneWiki users near you are listening to in real time. Since Android is better than the iPhone at running multiple programs at once, you won't have to choose between apps: As Breadcrumbz helps you find your way to a party, TuneWiki can play your favorite Rihanna video and get you in a groovy mood. When it's time to make a right turn, Breadcrumbz will cut in and alert you. Android has several other key advantages over Apple. While Apple takes a top-down approach to app development the company must approve every app that makes it into its App Store Google will allow creators to upload any application to the Android Market without its review. Sure that means some duds will make it in, but it will also allow for a much more open and democratic way for favorites to evolve. Perhaps more significantly, users will not be limited to a single phone or carrier for long. While T-Mobile's HTC Dream will be the first phone to run Android, Google is inviting all carriers to develop handsets for the platform. Expect to see other compatible devices early next year. Most of the Dream's other features are expected to go toe-to-toe with the iPhone, including built-in GPS, a tilt sensor for gaming, and a camera. What's more, T-Mobile recently expanded coverage for its 3G data network to 27 major cities. The faster bandwidth promises to make watching videos and downloading websites go smoothly, but if the spotty 3G coverage offered by AT&T for the iPhone is any indication, buyers should treat this promise with deep skepticism. On the downside, don't expect the Dream to be anywhere near as slick and shiny as the iPhone. T-Mobile may be much loved among teens for its colorful, flip-screen Sidekick, but the HTC Dream will likely have a more staid look that lacks the iPhone's panache. Plus, no one can turn on the hype machine quite as well as Steve Jobs. But whatever the Dream may lack in flair, it's no less of a breakthrough when it comes to giving mobile-phone buyers more ways to connect on the go." so guys today our dream device will b finally announced -
