first let the EVO come in hands , simply reading abt size dimensions and seeing pics wont give proper idea about size holding a phone in hand and seeing pics is way different so we cant comment about size , unless we hold it in out own hands

this is my second day on this rom , so far so good i even updated the radio from 1.04 to 2.41 and got awesome battery life just as i said this is final beta testing product , so it has few bugs here and there , and is lot stable , u wont see protected apps in market wait for 2 3 days and u wil have more better rom ( though it will be just a few tweaks , and release keys , overall rom is very stable) no sound issues , kshah , i think u have issue somewhere else , or else take a nandroid 1.5 backup of yours or from someone and go to 1.5 , wipe and then load this currennt 2.1 rom , dont load eris leaks based rom just for testing purpose , i downgrade from radio 2.41.5.2.03 to stock 1.041 and all went good i am not going back to 1.5 now , its been too old

^^^ i am using it since yesterday overall its stable as its based on official sprint one btw he is goin to update this rom a lot over next 2 3 days , so i suggest to wait a bit more over a week and then try it so far i m using it , i have found very few bugs , which doesnt hamper my usage in anyways

the latest radio seems to improve bit of battery life , and may be better signal but it supports .29 kernel which all 2.1 roms have , so its better u use 2.1 roms while flasing this radio u can go back to stock radio anytime from latest radio , incase u plan to go back to 1.5 from 2.1 rom

i dont see the point in this plans FUC of 9/10gb on 1mbps and 2mbps is BS a user like me will download that much in a week and fater that what ?? only 256kbps

iphones KB is very similar to HERO it wont hurt me to say that google/htc designed the onscreen keyboard on similar lines as apple's iphone , so its almost similar

Android is good if u have google accounts and u want push for 2 accounts at most bb u can get push for yahoo and several accounts at same time , u can add upto 10 accounts including push for personal domains for business use people still go with bbs , in corporate world now for many ,push mails is not important but there are some businesses where the employee has to reply to a mail within 15 mins of its arrival , and this is where the importance of push mail comes in

all bbs cdma or gsm are operator locked all cdma bbs are non ruim based , no has to be injected ( programmed) BBs are best for messaging /email /im and awesome call clearity apart from that its s**ks on other fronts like multimedia / browsing /etc without BIS its a simple phone , just for calls n sms and not much fun to use

SPC is no longer issue with any htc now with super spc AT command we can get sprint spc in secs but i always like sprint handsets , they always have something better to ofeer , lets see what happens this time

firstly dial ##778# type in spc which is 000000 it will open a menu change mip settings to simple ip only then in settings create a new connection put in username and password and proxy if any and it will work

^^^ getting EV sign and getting evdo data is two very different things on all windows mobile phone when u load evdo prl and come in evdo coverage area u will see EV sign , but when u use data it changes to 1x

nokia 2112 is a ****ty phone it has network issues , and in places of less coverage it will give u zero network not only myself but everyone i know who had 2112 faced this issue.
