^^^ firstly y were u reinstalling rom ?? ur problem was net connectivity for which u were suppose to use qpst and make mip to simple ip u r stuck at bootloader here is what u need to do update rom from memory crad which is formatted in fat 32 the procedure is been posted just serach in this htc section meanwhile try restarting ur comp remove battery from mogul for atleast 30 secs reinsert download and save rom update and then run it . if this doesnt work then try updtaing from sd card

there is a wied problem since yesterday i cant log out when i try to log out i do for some time than again when i open rimweb page i see i m already logged in i have deleted all cookies .

well if u guys remember it was said that sprint 1,08 update was for users who had radio reset problems ....and those who didnt have they advised to stay on 1.07 i used my treo with 1.07 for mnths without having any issues or resets when i updated to 1.08 thats when i started encountering hangs and resets

palm EOS has been pushed back so as not to hamper sales of pre palm pre is coming in gsm in sep in europe expected price is 500 usd before taxes mostly pre cdma for reliance would come before gsm but for pre fun is to use it with data services dont know if data would work flawlessly on pre here on cdma

i never had this problem but one thing i have seen is that treo 755 has become unstable after 1.07 upgrade with often resets i guess it was better on 1.04

i would just like to add for ipd touch owners apple unnecessarily charges 10$ for upgrades so for ipod touch owners u can get iphone os 3 for free just get ipa file for iphone os 3 using torrents like demonoid.com then just save the file to any location connect to itunes and hit shift+restore and browse to location of ipa

i have got a way to activate browser on blackberry without activating bb service . also one can use email client without bis/bes . the method works for gsm bb as it uses tcp connection configured by u . i got it working on bb pearl 8100 . it might also work on bb 8830 ..but i need people with bb 8830 to test it so for those who have sprint 8830 with data connection ( gprs ) thru tcp working on their phones can mail me ..... preferrably running os 4.2 i m not sure but it might work on bb 8830 .or other gsm handsets ....its just a try ..i m not sure since i dont have bb 8830 with me to test it .. also as far as cdma bb are concerned recently i read a guide which shows that u can enable data on your cdma bb without having bis /bes ...it involves nv editing your mip settings thru qxdm ... someone with cdma bb can try it out

good to know that rgsm has bis now .... but for people who just want mails lite plan is the best and cheaper option for them

there was no need to edit the esn the esn that zaran has posted is not the reliance esn ...its the original sprint esn which is printed on the box .

reliance gsm doesnt have bis on airtel and vodafone u can get bis for as low as 299\- pm

from what i know all i will say is that in next 6mnths s60v5 will become even better in terms of productivity and in next 6mnths new os symbian foundation will come . its worth every penny to invest in s60 devices but from what i know in next few mnths there will be revised versions of both n97 as well as nokia 5800 , so its better to wait rather than bcoming guinea pigs for nokia .

^^^ just a mnth back there was a promotional offer by nokia , people who had pre ordered it on their webiste got heavy discounts and got it for 480 $$

a yr back i was using nokia 2865 on reliance with ruim i had installed opera mini to browse the net ..even by default i had rworld option

this statement seems so biased and misleading to non techy people symbian s60v5 is more productive , also been an iphone user myself , app store must be having more apps than s60v5 but majority of the apps are useless and non productive as compared to what u get on symbian

it didnt get better most of the new features are related to iphone os 3

no matter how many july's passby iphone or for that matter any high end phone will never be available on contract in india , irrespective of operator in india no one wants to be tied up for 2yrs with same handset . and not to forget we have prepaid users in majority over postpaid
