yea i agree with GDI there... People always wanna be different... Other than that and the sound factor (Samsung has got a extra ringer) , I cant find anything good with it... Bad display... Fonts looked as if they are carved... On a whole its a looser ....

Hi guys, If u have some one u know at any lg service centers... PLs try to get a copy of the software those people are using to access LG filesystem... Im sure we can do a lot and in a better way with that software...

The warranty for the phone is 1yr.... Mine was under warrenty period... And its not just abt flashing the phone... They for some reason cant do that... They just replaced the whole PCB for my phone... And applied for a transfer of the number to my new PCB... The guy at LG service told me that if it werent in the warrenty period , i would have been charged 5000... Yup, that right 5000 neat bucks.... However for some reason i still am not able to make/ recieve calls... Reliance cust. support are still not able to solve the problem... He told me to try *308 and stuff... Bottom line : Dont mess with the phone. Edit only what you are sure abt.... I for one considered it safe to edit a file with java code... Big mistake ....

I have seen the blue color body available for lg... Actually its not from lg ... Its just a cheap replacement ... Didnt like the finishing ... looks like a pencil box ... Also its a horrid shade of blue ... i like pearl better.... :'(

guys, of all the available ringtones i like pop the best ... Apart from that the sathiya ringtone that was available for sometime also rocked.. untill someone at reliance did not find it pleasing enough for his ears and deleted it that is ...

Tell you what, I like it this way ... Courier never deklivered bills on time... My mail man does it on time ... So .... What ever works best i guess ...

Hi guys, Today i got my phone back from the service center... It boots up and works fine ... But my incoming/outgoing is not working... It says contact customer care.. For two days im struggling with the cust. care people at the webworld... Now i have been assured i will recieve service today... Well, lets wait an see...

I think you mean BITS... CRC compares all bits with the copy ...

Static : No i have not written a CRC algo . But what i know is that crc stands for cyclic reduncy check and that its got something to do with size of the file too... If you know anything more, Enlighten me ... By the way do you know j2me ???

I think, if we maintain the size of the game, then the crc check will return true... But the we will have to replace them with games having same size... i guess thats not going to be easy ..

This is what i was trying to say.... But then there is that chopper game that is loaded onto the phone... I think that can be replaced... Reliance has nothing to do with that game... It is just like the other 19 or so ringtones on the phone,.... But then we werent able to change those ringtones either. so..... All i waill say is that be carefull while replacing files.... My phone is already at the service center... Im hoping i wont get charged and insurance will cover...... cause technically i did not tamper with the phone phisically... bye guys, pretender.

I deleted some files on my phone.. So now it wont boot.. Whats intresting is when i boot it, it shows LG logo then, "nvimnv.c" The it shows the lg logo again. this goes on .... is part of the phone coded on c ????
