To the Chairman Office OPEN LOOT BY GTRAN MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE AT SAKI VIHAR, MUMBAI Dear Sir, my Gtran mobile phone battery connector ( which locks the battery ), a very small piece made of plastic weighing less than 1 gm., was broken. i had to sent my Gtran Mobile phone all the way to sakinaka for replacement. It shocked me when my man told me that Gtran service centre will charge Rs. 390/- for replacement. Actually the cost of such small mould piece should not be more 20 paise. This all because of monopolistic situation created by your company. Its nothing but open loot with connivance and support of you company. ashok baliya
