Dear Friends, I need your HELP! I purchased a new LG RD 2030 one week back with prealloted number. Then I tried to transfer the number in a new deprovisionised Classic 761 set using HCC. But I could not able to do so due to system problem in Reliance network. I have lodged complaint on *333. They informed me that please go to WW or WWE and they will transfer the number. I visited WW at Reliance House, Kolkata and the customer care officer transferred the number to new classic set but my LG set was blocked. I requested them to unblock the set. They took the request and confirmed me that the set will be active after 24 hours. But till now my set is blocked and I contacted customer care over *333 and they informed me that your set could not be activated because it has shown as a DAMAGED set and not as a LOST set during No. transfer, so you never be able to use the set. Is there any way to activate the set? If anyone have any idea please HELP me! Thank you in advance.

Sir/Madam, Please follow this prcedure. I may works. Start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Services and Applications (from left side of the window and the last tab) -> Services -> Remote Procedure Call (RPC) properties -> Recovery Tab -> choose Restart the Services from the drop down menu for all failures (first, second and subsequent). Please follow same procedure for Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator Properties. Please inform your result.

Chage the Data Baud rate of your phone to 115,200 (Menu -> Settings -> Phone -> Data Settings -> Data Baud -> 115,200 -> OK). All the best! Please inform whether it works or not! Thanks

I have tried BITPIM. But the file structure is different from LG RD 5340. I do not know the folder where ringtones are stored if I dowload from R-World. I think probably I have to store the MIDI file there. Please Help!

Thank you Vishal Gupta! Data cables for TATA LG 350T, TATA LG 400TL, TATA Axesstel AXW-P800, Reliance LG 350R and Reliance LG 400 are same (at least for the serial port interface). I have purchased a data cable (Serial Port) for TATA LG 350T. The cable is working fine without any problem with TATA 400TL, Reliance 350R. You can access file system and R-Connect using this cable. Reliance WebWorld or LG Service Centre takes anything between Rs. 300/- and Rs. 1500/- for this data cable. So, please purchase it from any Tata Shop and they will take just Rs. 249/- (This is MRP). Hi, Pl advise the data cable which you are using? Is it 6130 serial cable or is it the one sold by Indicom? Further using Bitpim, can one take a backup of phonebook? If not possible, pl advise any other sw's and their availability. Thanks

HI! I purchased a LG-RD2530 under lifetime validity plan. After few days I tried to change the handset using Handset Change Card (HCC) but I was unable to do so. After that I called Customer Care and they confirmed that HCC can't be used particularly in this handset. Reliance ka yei ka policy hai? Have you any different idea?
