Reliance Mobile Handset
LG RD 2030

Samsung 2on does not have charging USB data cable. It does not have Bluetooth Dialup Networking. This is a serious drawback for those who want to use this set with data plans. Is there a compatible charging USB data cable for this? I am seriously looking for one.

Check if there is a provision for external antenna - at the back of your handset (look for those rubber bushes, remove them and check) If so you can buy an external antenna for your mobile handset.

^^^ That's too bad of 6600.

No. Sync is possible only thru Data Cable I use bluetooth to sync my 6250. I use a USB bluetooth adapter on the PC. Its driver has created bluetooth COMmunication port. Through this COM port I am able to sync 6250 with the PC. Should work with 6600 also as the principle is the same. imho, i dont think syncing is possible thru bluetooth. 6600 supports only a minimal and basic subset of bluetooth features. In the LG Desktop (LG Desktop->Sychronization->Configure Synchronization->Communications Setting) the bluetooth COM ports are not listed. It will list only the physical ports and the port created by the lg phone driver. and that port will be available only when we connect the usb cable to the phone. Yes you are right. The LG Desktop software for 6600 does not have Bluetooth support. It supports only Serial and USB. Whereas LG Desktop software for 6250 supports Serial, USB, and Bluetooth. (I use 6250 via bluetooth) I have a strong urge to suggest those who have a. bluetooth on their computer and b. 6600 to try syncing 6600 using software for 6250 via bluetooth. Regards

Install a bluetooth USB adapter on the PC using the driver provided with the adapter. With the USB adapter plugged in to the PC, it is ready to pair with 6250. (Most laptops may have bluetooth builtin. Now in your 6250, under bluetooth menu do the following - 1. 'enable' bluetooth active 2. 'set' my visibility to 'once' 3. 'search' under paired device You may be asked for passkey by the PC as well as by the phone as part of pairing request. The passkey is 0000 Once 6250 is paired with the PC, then LG sync software can take over via bluetooth com port. Dial up networking (DUN) can also be made active for Netconnect purposes.

Scorpiodev, If you own a 6250 you will start liking it. (I have 6250 and 6275) Your brother is right. Features in 6250 that I liked - (I miss these features in 6275) 1. Air plane mode 2. Hot plug MicroSD slot 3. Sleep timer for mp3 player and FM radio 4. Creating Playlists 5. Better battery backup. What I donot like in 6250 is - I have no idea on how to add games/ applications.

Nokia 6275 Worst Experienced Handset Now Gets Support From Bl -5c
rshivk replied to jovial_mann's topic in Nokia
Charging takes time because the charger provided gives just 350 mA charging current. One can definitely buy compatible fast chargers which give up to 1A charging current. I am not sure of the other problems. I have both Nokia 6275 and LG RD 6250. No complaints. -
The specs and the price you have mentioned match with that of Nokia 6275. 2865 does not have a camera.

Don't bother friends, I bought a bluetooth USB adapter. Installed it in my computer. Paired RD6250. Now I am able to transfer files between computer and phone using bluetooth ftp. For example, I can transfer midi files into the internal memory of the phone.

But definitely (R-Connect) speed is more THESE days. -
With reference to Cracker's screenshot ... Transfer rate is a statistical figure shown by download managers which will be a high value when a download begins and will stabilise to the actual value as time progresses. Should he not present a screenshot when the download had progressed considerably? If he is really getting such statistics right through the download then he may share the secret as requested by a few.
