Deep_kumar :- I assume you are not getting the options of Just Charge or USB drive.... If that' the case then open you dialer and punch ##usbpass# i.e ##8727277# it will open a new card. You will see DIAG in the second option. Just change it to NONE. and you are good to go. Menu-settings-connect settings-GPRS Account Name:- APN:- User Name:- Password:- Auth Type:- 1st Gateway:- 2nd Gateway:- Port:- Menu-Services-WAP setup Account:- Connect Type:- Home Page:- Auto Offline:- I have tried manual settings provided on tata docomo website however I am getting Error message "WAP GAtway not found".I am able to use GPRS using same SIM card on Nokia.

My SCH S379 got reset three times repeatedly while deleting multiple SMS.Only option is to take it to service centre and update the software.Few of my collegues also faced same error.
