Hi guys i got BB 8830 with BSNL connection , i got the APN setting of BSNL and installed Opera on BB , now i can access internet on BB f9 ,, but when i try to connect it via USB to tethered as modem i got error connection failed.. SO let me tell me what i used.. 1. Got Blackberry DM v6 2. Used BSNL as profile 3. BSNL apn : bsnlnet Result connection fail. then i try with DM v5 , made a connection 1. no to dial : *99# 2. Blank username and password Still got error , guys plz help me out ....

try touch pro 2 i have use it on this phone and it was very gud ..

which wi-fi router ur using ? have u tried n series router that might can help or buy wi-fire with this u can access the connection 1000 feet away .. ... or u can use Universal WiFi Range Extender .. hope this work for u ..

yes u can use it on any operator .... and it doesn t matter get any CDMA phone from US from any US CDMA carrier , u can use it here .. but the condition is u should know the prog or u got contacts in Indian CDMA carrier that they register ur esn/meid on their network ..

The long rumored Droid 2 has been the source of speculation for quite a while now. However, if the latest rumors are true, that may soon be coming to an end. The Droid 2 may be soft launching on August 12. The Droid 2 (not to be confused with the Droid X) is the true successor to the original Droid. SlashGear reports that the Droid 2 will feature 8 GB of flash memory, an 8 GB microSD card, and an 8 Megapixel camera. According to Engadget, “We're hearing from a trusted source that the thoroughly-leaked Motorola Droid 2 for Verizon will be launching on August 12 -- although it seems to be something of a soft launch, because marketing efforts aren't scheduled to kick in until a week and a half later on the 23rd.” Image Credit: Engadget There is also another, more interesting bit of information. If the rumors are well founded, we will be seeing a Star Wars edition of the Droid 2 which will sport a white R2-D2 image on the back of the phone. The company had to acquire the rights to the Droid name from Lucasfilm because the name “Droid” is a registered trademark of Lucasfilm. Hi guys i m a Linux user so decided u do this small tutorial for all rimweb members i use bb8830 due to recent success of 1x on PC given by Dr. MUFI i was thinking can we access that INTERNET on PC in Linux and i found this Berry4All is a free, open-source software for using your Blackberry on alternative OS'es (Linux ). Main feature of Berry4all is tethering (use the blackberry as a modem) USE following in Ubuntu terminal .. sudo apt-get install python libusb-dev ppp python-usb ( Ubuntu ) or yum install python libusb-dev ppp pyusb ( FEDORA ) If you want to use the GUI, you will also need wxpython sudo apt-get install python-wxgtk2.8 Download Berry4All: http://bitbucket.org/tcolar/berry4all/downloads Until i make a proper application launcher, it will need to be started from a terminal. Start a terminal. Go into the berry4all folder (Ex: cd bbtether) and run sudo ./berry4all.sh. done ..
